I say that because in my own chart, I have Jupiter opposing my Mars and Sun conjunction, and while I'm not "excessively" sexual, I really do have a problem with doing things I don't want to do, buckling down to responsibility, and I've hard periods where all I want to do is PARTY PARTY PARTY, and it's very hard to snap out of it.

So that Jupiter opposition creates for me an excess of self-indulgence that truthfully has been a problem in my life.

I'm thinking Jupiter opposing a different combination of planets might cause sexual excess, nymphomania, etc.

I think depending on the house placement and other planets, this could make someone obsessed with sex.

Also... something I learned from Law & Order SVU... haha... nymphomaniacs apparently were usually molested and taught that to please men, they had to relate to them in a sexual way to gain love and approval. So they carry that over into adulthood and act it out by relating to everyone sexually. So perhaps there might also be debilitating aspects to the Sun or Saturn or Midheaven (the father).

Maybe we can look at some charts of some porn stars to see if there are any patterns or common aspects?

Try being around someone with Mars (being, also action) conjunct (energy is combined with) Venus (physical, also desire/relationships) conjunct Uranus (friends) trine (energy goes easily with) Ascendant (self)...but be careful! You might wake up with them the next morning only to find out the "relationship" is over before you realize it had even begun!

For example, I have venus conjunct mars at the same degree in the 8th house, in opposition with Uranus - and I've never had a one-night-stand, and never had 'casual sex.' In fact, I do not want to sleep with someone unless I'm in love with them. So why is my potentially 'sex-charged' chart so disciplined? Well, the factors you would have to take into consideration with my chart, would be the Gemini Sun, which ic conj Jupiter and the MC.

According to Linda Goodman - and this is certainly true in regards to me - a Gemini male makes his emotional, intellectual and spiritual bonds with someone first, and only then the physical bonds are forged. Maybe this is intensified for me because my Sun is at the 'pinnacle (MC)' of my chart, so this is important to me.

Another factor I have been considering regading our natal charts is how well we are working through our North Nodes. I have observed that when I am displaying more South Node qualities, and having difficulty embracing the new lessons of the North Node, then it seems many parts of my chart resonate on a lower frequency. Its almost as if it lowers the whole vibration. But when I am moving through my North Mode positively, and using the inherent strengths of the South Node, then everything else in the chart just seems to 'click' and make more sense.

Many non-astrological people call this North-South-Node dynamic by different names - self-esteem, purpose, direction in life, confidence, spiritually aware, loving, positive etc. When someone is wearing the North Node shoes - helped nicely by their brilliantly coloured south node socks - they seem to have an energy that appeals to other people. Others are drawn to them. It activates the chart to work in a more fulfilling way.

I would guess that the sexual-excess indicator can be seen by lots of different aspects - I think I am proof that a venus-mars-uranus 8th house person is not promiscuous or sex-driven - and there is a possibility that some shallow sex-driven people are wearing their south node socks, but forgot to put their north node shoes on. And another possibility that the deep, intense, and sexually-loving people (not the promiscuous ones) are wearing their NN shoes.

I agree with Betelgeuse... just because I have these placements doesn't mean I'm hoppin' beds. I only make physical love to a man after entering a "safe" relationship with him... and when I'm without a loving relationship, I'm not having sex. End of story.

My sun is in Aquarius, conjunct my Aquarian mercury, the latter being in the 5th house. My mars is in Virgo, conjunct my moon, Jupiter and Saturn (apart from Saturn, which is in my 12th house, all the other Virgo planets&moon are in my 11th house), and my North Node is also in Virgo. I have Venus in Pisces in the 6th house...and although nothing "significant" is in my 8th house (BUT there is a planet/star in my 8th house, whose definition/symbolic meaning is "the mask, the medical doctor" or something, I don't even know what the star is called in English LOL), my ascendant is Libra and Pluto is my ruling planet. No wonder...

I've always had intense sexual desire, to the extent that I actually went see a psychiatrist, just to check my sex drive, see if something was wrong with me, if it was "hypersexuality". She concluded that it was just, "your libido is indeed stronger than the average women". I'm still not one hundred percent sure but, it was comforting and relieving she said that- she THOUGHT that. I've had "one-night stand". Twice. I'm not proud of it, but I'm not ashamed of it, either. Apart from that, no, I have never lived a promiscuous life. Sometimes I have crazy fantasies, but I never act out, I would DIY. I do that a lot. Really i mean it. When there is a guy I really love/am obsessed with/connect with in a super-platonic way (usually only Aquarian males could do that trick), boy you have no idea how intensely I desired him! I would dream about the same man like nearly twenty times and several of them were about me and him having sex!
