Topic: Feeling a close 'family-like' connection with others

I have this weird experience where ever since I got together with my boyfriend a year ago, his family 'feels' as though they are my family. Instantly his mother felt like a second mother to me and we have lots of things in common (I was even mistaken for being her daughter the other week) - could this be the fact that she is a Sag and I have a Sag ascendent? His brothers feel like 'brothers' (again we have many things in common), and his sister especially feels like a sister to me - I felt this the first time I met her and we have what seems like a more than coincidental amount of things in common. Could this be the result of her being Capricorn with Gemini ascendent, and that then having some affinity with me being a Taurus with Sag ascendent?Hopefully me and my man are not actually RELATED! hahaha IP: Logged |

GeminiLover75,Yes, affiniites will play a role, as will your synastry with each individual. Have you seen this link about affinities?
http://www.thezodiac.com/room.htm Also, look for connections to the Moon, the 4th house, Cancer and the South Node. And that applies to your composite charts as well. I know what you mean, GL - I've had that feeling with my best freind ever since we met, when we were 9. We share a mutual sun/moon conjunction, and I suppose that's why. It's definately a comfortable, familier feeling link.

Wow, that's an interesting link... there's always so much to look into! That's what I love about astrology, it's like a never-ending puzzle that I'm putting together the pieces of. lioneye68, his moon is in Aries. And you're right, 'family' and 'familiar'... hmmmm! IP: Logged |
