I once read somewhere something about if a person was born in the morning then they are more likely to be a morning person and the same for if one was born at night.

It kinda got my curiousity going and I started asking people I know if it is true for them. So far it seems somewhat true.

I myself was born at 6:05pm and I truly am a night person. For me being up until 3 or 4 in the morning is regular and has been for a long time. Of course if I have to work or something the next day I attempt to go to sleep early but my brain does not shut off and I just end up sleep deprived. This is true even when I'm completely exhausted. when I am able to sleep in I sleep til noon everytime. then my internal alarm will not let me sleep anymore. I do prefer this schedule as well.

but wat do u think of those who r born in the afternoon!? wat tyoe of persons r they!!??

I was born 9.45pm, am very much a night owl, same for my brother born 11.45pm, my sister born 4.45am is a morning person, my daughter born 6.45pm also a night owl - so I guess u can't generalise but it's true for most of the people I know.

I was born at noon.

And that's around the time I prefer to wake up after a late nite.

However, I can't stay up past like 11:00. I wish I was a night person, thats when all the good stuff happens. And I always fall asleep on it

My sister is a night person and she was born 4 minutes before midnight.

My boyfriend was born at 9:30 PM, but he's definitely a morning person. He's always up by 8:00.

I like mornings enough. I'm just hyper sensitive at that time of day.

Noises, touch, smells, everything is a little more intense for at least an hour after I wake.

My mind is groggy and I don't think very clearly for at least the same amount of time it takes for my senses to become more grounded.

I'm not socialable at all until I'm good and awake. I guess I can be a little snippish.

I usually remain mindful of the fact that I can be difficult in the mornings... so I try to stay out of anyone's path and do my morning routine of getting ready, have a cup of coffee, watch the news... by this time I've become more centered, it's at this time I wake my Lil' Aqua...

I'm usually feeling my best (being productive wise) from 11:00 a.m. thru 10:00 p.m.

Edit - My Cappie friend is a very morning person. (He whistles while making coffee at 5:00 a.m., which is endearing) Poor guy... I actually told him that I would like to kick that blue bird off his sunny morning shoulder. Thank goodness he understands my sense of humor.

Morning person here!! I so love the morning, when the sun is rising, the birds are singing. The world is just waking up.

I also think better in the morning too. I can get grumpy late at night.
