I think astrology is a wonderful tool to use in order to get to know our personal nature. We have to embrace the negative, learn from it and deal with it if we are to grow and that is what I hear you saying. You are also right in that I do not put much into fixed stars either . It's just not my cup of tea. In the same respect, I don't view "progressions" as being more than an influence on what already exists.

How can I come into the world as a Sagittarius only to morph into an Aquarius as I age? Could the progression flavors my already existing Sag sun?

I like transit astrology and chart astrology. Our charts are so complex as it is that I like to focus on those aspect interactions and influences on the sun and not introduce too many variables.. that is the mad scientist in me though.. concentrate on a few, test them, master it, then move on and assimilate all that has been learned into the whole

also parans involving Venus could indicate success from being in artistic endeavors as well as sensuality which doesn't necessarily mean sexual stuff....it could be stuff like being a masseuse. Masseuse is not negative profession. Massage can be quite beneficial to people's well being. I am trained in massage therapy too.

But yeah...don't focus on stuff like courtesan which is nothing but a high profile prostitute. You are much better than that.

I am 35 years old,and so I am old enough to be your father. If had a daughter and she was asking stuff about the potential to be a courtesan, man....I would probably keep her from the internet or supervise her internet stuff until she's 18 yrs old. I'd would also give her a long lecture about why prostitution is bad.

I also read that astrological ethics talks about that you can't give astrology readings under the age of 18...maybe that goes for reports.

I think that I might have acted irreponsibly by sending you those reports when you're under age.

I feel partly responsible for this whole mess.

Thank you for your kind advice Glaucus, (and i actually was thinking about body part modeling, i'm only 5'4 so i can't work runway) why would you be sorry about this,... its fine, and those reports will benefit me in the future, and you know that. And I thought you confirmed to me you knew how Saturn/5th/capricorn cusp and juno/sagittarius works? If anything, you should be proud of your own accomplishment of giving out such a report that turned out to be 'extraordinary' and listening/hearing of that person growing into it, which is beautiful in all respects. And frankly, despite age, I really wouldn't call someone's destiny a mess, if its there its there, i was just looking for advice on how to accept it.

First thing that came to mind in this word association exercise, was "Dangerous Beauty" as well! I really good movie. Might look boring from the box, but it's not. Very similar in how the geisha's had to perfect their trade in order to stay out of poverty, and remain in good standing.

Courtesan is NOT the same as a ***** , prostitute, hooker. Just like the geisha, they are valued for their wit, and knowledge about almost all things. A meeting of minds, and then whatever happens later with two consenting adults. MUCH more interesting.

mine for 2016 has
8thH cusp Cancer (Vertex in cancer in 8th, vesta in leo in 8th)
Moon placed in 10th
Moon conj. Jupiter in Libra in 10th
Aphrodite in libra in 10th
10th house cusp Virgo
Mercury in 1st
Venus square uranus

and in this one the 8th house shows it a bit.
