i was left scratching my head over what an articial person could possibly be ..
weren't in the dictionary .. 'art' came to mind ..

about then it dawned .. ((typo error)) .. :-)
although it probably dawned earlier .. i just didn't see the light ..
hence .. an 'articial' person became an 'artician' ..
and .. as they must reside somewhere .. .. 'articia' was born ..

the 'iceman n gorgon' lecture got me thinking ..
well .. i've certainly met the iceman in me .. no doubt about that one .. :-))
( 5 planets in 'air' .. urns close to cancer asc .. with urns being square to venus )
strange though when i think of my folks .. he was more like the gorgon ..
and she .. the iceman ..
.. mom was always the one to say ..
" when you've calmed down .. then we'll talk .. " .. :-))
.. n' he would be throwing some sort of watery fiery sulk ~ tantrum .. it would alternate rapidly .. :-)

you know what i saw your photograph on another forum here....and i got the feeling tht u hv a strong uranus/aqua influence...which i find verryyy intriguing :-) (i have this tendency to come up with a mental image of a person from wht they write, the way they write....and if i get to see a picture of them my imagination really goes into an overdrive ) so now u've got to humor me a little and tell me if this is correct ;-) (hope u dont get freaked out!)
ya so i thought tht u are somewht of loner...like quiet hobbies....like to be absorbed in a world of your own...sweet and caring in a not too demostrative way. and probably with a bit of a neptune influence too...kinda imaginative and sensitive?

my folks....hmmm...how about both being gordons!! actually, i can laugh abt it now, but then it was hellish for me...with all those emotional outbursts with lots of shouting, or periods of heavy sulking whr u cud almost cut through the air....(btw, i hv pluto in the 4th house)...but still my father was more of a gordon and my mom the 'iceman' :-) and i hv been the gordon in a relationship....(even tho i hv lots of air in my chart, plus a moon opp uranus, and sun sextile uranus), whereas my beau was a scorp. but he was totally the iceman. do u think tht's a case of projecting?

Hey, u know wht, i think uranus and merc were at work again...coz i thought it was ArtRicia....hehe....sort of like patricia, or trisha. sounded like a very attractive, artistic and icy lady to me :-) ) but Articia....hmmm....tht has a whole different feel to it. it sounds like a land of artistic, venus-uranus like people :-)

actually, it was really nice to read your reply here....i keep posting but most of the times i feel as if my posts just go unnoticed. they go into a vacuum. as if they failed to make even a ripple out here in LL. sometimes i get the feeling tht i am not too popular

.. again yes sometimes .. and no as well
.. seems to be a common mis-perception ..
i.e. something other people see .. but I don't ..
one friend got close when he said I seem to be lost in thought a lot ..
my folks used to say all the time ' .. yer in a world of your own' ..
well i didn't care tooo much for their world .. so ..
somewhere down the line .. after hearing about it once too often ..
I discovered I could give the appearance of being 'away' .. when I wasn't ..
i.e putting on an act when I wanted someone to think I wasn't paying attention ..
when the opposite was true .. it paid off a couple of times ..

I wouldn't worry about it .. be part of the nature of the media ..
the posts i've meant to reply to could fill a small hard drive ..
i mean .. it just aint the same as being in a room talking to people
can be a bit off putting at times .. i often fear being misunderstood ..
so .. remain silent untill i can formulate something suitable for the media ..
(.. which can take forever .. and sometimes .. never :-(( .. )
it's also easy to hop about the posts .. and get sidetracked ..

i.e. what i'm saying is .. don't let it get you down :-))

n'owt in scorpio itself .. but a few aspects to Pluto and Vertex in the 8th house

thanks a lot for the information on inner and outer planets. i am still trying to come to terms with the pluto aspects, and figuring out how they play into my personality. uranus i am pretty comfy with by now, or as comfy as it wud let me be. every now and then i hv to do sth totally 'out there'....like flush my contacts down the drain 'accidently', or forget that i have an exam

hey the reason i asked about the cappy/scorp influence was that your writing style is almost exactly the same as someone i know.(and he has those inlfuences). so i was wondering if that cud be correlated thru astrology.

hey thanks for sharing your chart with me...u know i am a cappy sun, moon in gemini and cancer asc with 6 planets in air signs, and packed 3rd, 7th and 11th houses. quite a similar setup to yours in fact in terms of the airy placements and the big three
