I have my sun, mars, venus in aries...all conjunct by less than 1 degree.I had the same "problem" as you, jujube, falling in and out, till I thought I would never be monogamous in my life because I doubted there would be such a person existent, someone who would ground my heart.

I really think it's about finding the right person, and experience has told me that the more you seek, the more disappointment you'll feel. Mine came by when I was about to give up hope and when I least expected it.
Now it's the opposite end I am feeling, I am so into that person that it's the point of obesession. It feels equally sucky as well because arians are not just known for control.
I think generally the sign Aries is often misunderstood, it's true that we're just too fast for own liking, and very little things keep our interest going for long, but once we find that something or someone who/which manage to anchor us down, it's usually permanent, undying, and ever-passionate. Though I must add, that's very rare. That makes it all the more precious and to be treasured.
