Wellll.... see people with Libra in their Venus usually have a bad rep. as flirtacious and not serious relationship worthy Lol!

However, People with Venus in Libra manage to find beauty in almost everything .

I think thats true for anyone with any major Libra influence. I find myself very in tune with the arts and im very sensitive to the way things look. Say architecture for example, i cant stand sharp features of any kind. I like ancient looking victorian buildings and stuff like that. And i love the arts, and classical music and things like that. And thats def to my Libra ASC. My bestest friend is a Libra (moon in Scorpio, taurus asc) with venus and mercury in Libra and same for her. And shes not flirtatious at all..possibly cuz of her Scoprio moon or strict Christian upbringing, but the Libra doesnt show in that way. My other Libra Saggi Virgo best friend on the other hand is very flirtatious. And its true about marriage. Libras are known to be in love with love. They are super romantic, though sometimes flaky...my second best friend isnt one of the most faithful people which bugs me royally. So Libras are very diff as people. But nevertheless the BEST

Venus in Taurus bestows upon you a beauty that goes far below that which is skin deep. Venus is the ruling planet for Taurus and is very comfortable in this sign, it creates a very calm and laid-back environment for your relationships to flourish within.

I like that a lot I am very very loyal thats true.

Sorry, but I'm not buying that article at all. I get the impression that it's based more on opinion than anything else.

It doen't even mention aspects, like those between venus and mars for example, or even planets conjunct the Asc...like venus, as factors in looks. I've always thought beauty was primarily influenced by aspects and planets in the first, and then by sign placement. That the beauty itself came from certain aspects and planetary influences on the Asc, and that the sign gave the 'tone' of that beauty. Cameron Diaz, for example, has cancer rising with venus conjunct the Asc and she is very pretty with a round moon shaped face. Angelina Jolie has cancer rising with venus conjunct the Asc as well, and she has a very sultery look, with those fleshy lips, that is definitely reminisent of the water element.
I don't belive that having a masculine or feminine Asc/sun/moon/venus/mars etc. has any MAJOR effect on how attractive you are,(And I'm a Sag rising) although it may, but only within the CONTEXT of each persons own individual chart. Like if a persons chart is mostly water but then they have mars in Leo, that may just give them that extra bit of Oomph that it takes to make them hot. But even then I'm talking more about the persons energy aura then their actual looks. What I do believe is that different elements give different types of beauty...water gives a vulnerable sultery look, fire give lots of vibrant energy & sex appeal, air tends to give a cool polished look which can be very glamourous, while earth has great structure and usually a fresh 'naturalness' about them.
Also, a strong venus or a promenance of planets in Taurus and Libra tends to make people 'pretty' in a soft delicate way, where as a strong mars or a promenance of planets in Aries and scrorpio gives raw sex appeal, it make you 'hot' rather than 'pretty'.

Adding to my comments above...I noticed that the outer planets seem to do good things for peoples attractiveness, as well, when they aspect venus, mars, the Asc, and maybe the Asc ruler..

Uranus adds a fascinating electric aura to a person, the word that comes to mind is effusive. They are attractive not just for looks but also for being different and interesting. Their beauty is usually very distinctive is some way.

Neptune adds a type of dreamy glamour, they have a way of looking like they just stepped out a fairytale, or a music video ect. Pure fantasy stuff. Neptune adds a refined type of grace and vulnerabelity that is very seductive.

Pluto adds a sultery magnatism. you just KNOW, without words, that they are deeply intense when it comes to intimacy, and it's a turn on. They oooze sexyness

A strong first, fifth or eighth house may also increase you attractiveness in certain ways. The first house is directly related to looks and speaks for itself. The fifth gives a attention grabing sort of charisma (as does a stronge sun or sun in the first), and the eighth house acts much like pluto as mentioned above. Sun, moon, venus or mars in these houses may add to your appeal.

some other odd points I've noted are...
having venus conjunct the Dsc(may work for some other planets as well)makes one very popular with the public (7th house)for their beauty. This is the placement Helle Berry has...she had venus in virgo almost exactly opposite her pisces Asc.

A capricorn/saturn inflence is very good for a beautiful bone structure, even though this planet in not typically associated with appeal etc.

Yah, like when he's done obsessing with a video game or something.

Nah, j/k....he written me letters on occasion. He looooves to talk; that's what I've noticed about this placement...and I don't want to into to anymore details...venus in gemini doesn't always like getting mushy.

Oh, and he's a sun in scorpio.

Ain't that the truth(The whole appreciation for achetecture.) During my highschool years and art class, I probablly spent more time admiring the buldings rather than wiritng reports on em Lol!

The whole "Libras can't commit" thing really bugs me. If a person is to commit, he/she commits because they have found the right person. I rather do everything right the first time around rather than go though several divorces.

Sweetstars:

I do both Lol! I write them and read them . Got two of em loaded up on the "Yellow Wax And The Ants" section of lindaland .

What if you have both? (i.e. say a A Libra Sun and a Libra Venus but a Mars Sagittarius?)

It shouldnt bother you, i think thats very right. I wish i had more Libra in me because the Taurus/Cancer influence and Jupiter in the 7th means i commit (fall in love) right away, and then go through emotional breakups that make the Scorpio moon cringe Which is even worse because I dont believe in settling for anything less than my soulmate. Interestingly enough though I dont regret my relationships and I dont regret ever falling in love, learn so much that way. But I am way more commited to my current boyfriend than my ex, i felt a bit stiffled by my ex (Cancer Scorpio Cancer) and my Gemini sun nicely evaporated. I really dont like my sun/moon combination they usually want two different things. You should be pretty well balanced with the whole sun/moon/asc combo its really nice.

I don't even think thats accurate...isn't it the complete opposite?

AnyWho, I did meet a Libra/Sag and a Leo/Gemini last semester in Bio 108 (Figures...I'm always running into other mutable mooners like myself...must be karma.) Let me tell you that for a sag mooner, the libra was soooo friggin dependent on other people for answers, what they thought of her, whether they liked her or not, etc. And here's the big paradox: she was flaky as hell. Like when I met her before school started she was soo excited to have class with me and couldn't wait. That all changed when she met the Leo/Gemini...suddenly I became chopped liver to her. But she was wack as hell anyways and I had way more in common with the Leo/Gemini...even though the Leo was Dominican and the Libra was a Portugue like myself. Dominican culture and customs are pretty close to Mocambiquan ones so its cool. It may have also been more because me and the Leo knew alot of the same people (Hello, RI's a small state.)

But of course I've gone on a tangent again, and I will get back on subject. It turns out the libra hasa cancer rising and a 4th house sun which you would think my cancer sun would like...but nahhhh. In combination with the libra sun it would explain her dependency issues. And let me tell you that I hated the way she bossed us around during labs...we did all the work while she would take credit in front of the teacher. That really p'd us off. Note: A Cardinal person doesn't work well with another Cardinal person and a fixed person within a group.

It strange because one of my really good friends from highschool is a Libra/sag and I never had these types of problems with her (even though I usually don't get along with Libras in life....I'm too quiet for their liking...and I even have a 7th house sun). My libra/sag friend from highschool was wicked laid back...I had mad awesome times with her in highschool....we broke alot of rules, and maybe a law too.

LOL my best friend is a Libra Saggi and she is very very very dependant on other people namely her Aries Scorpio bf, whose a total sweetheart, but shes not big on commitment honestly. Well she wasnt, she is now.

same here, we are really close even after high school and i spend new year's with her. My Libra friends are too quiet, and despite being really shy in public in my group of friends im the one who usually tries to be in charge (Scorpio moon) but usually under the radar. LOL

Quiet Libras? Do you have their D.O.B's right?

Anyways...

If that is true, then I've hit the jackpot goddammit! I have venus in the fifth and moon in the eighth.

I have Mars in Libra

The SUN is best in fire or air. A masculine Sun gives nobility and presence

I have Sun in Libra

The MOON is best in water or earth. Feminine Moons give that competent, classic, or "professional" look. A feminine Moon will go a long way towards someone's professional success. Most successful employees, buisnessmen, politicians, or professional people in general have feminine Moons.
