here is one simple reason as to why u shouldn't blame astrology if an astrologer or any other source of predictions (books, websites...) go wrong...

astrology is a concept. its not a science on its own. lets just say like physics, chemistry or biology, astrology is a subject in science. centuries back when astrological effects of planets were still being studied it was like physics... understanding the laws of nature. now its like engineering... applying the laws. just because u were not able to apply it correctly doesnot mean the laws are wrong.

She had some very good Jupiter transits...
I see you have Sagittarius ASC. This will be a very good year for you. Jupiter will be on your side.

I was about to say the same about her Jupiter transits as Jan.
There aren't any transits going on for her that would stop her from getting married. Quite to the contrary. People have mentioned free will several times, but in her case she doesn't even need to resort to it, none of her transits puts a damper on her marriage plans at the moment.

I think your perception of astrology failing you has more to do with your lack of knowledge on how to interpret transits than anything else. Don't fall for generalizing and exaggerating cookbook interpretations you can easily find on the internet. For example in your first post you listed saturn return transits that every one (you included!) go through at a certain age. It's very hard to predict how those transits play out in a particular person's life. It's like trying to forecast what a random person's life will be like in his late twenties. Those transits would give you no clues to be honest, and shouldn't be used to make the kind of interpretations you tried to make. They indicate change, and the harsh angles tell that changes will happen whether you like it or not. Not necessarily negative changes as I already pointed out in my earlier post! Think of them as some kind of "wake up call" transits.

And finally, don't cling to individual transits too much, you have to put them all together to get better clues on what someone's life could be like during a certain period of time

What on earth?do you expect astrology to make decisions and take action instead of YOU?
Just because things don't go the way you want them to,it's your fault, not astrology's.Please, you should know by now.

No, no, GreenFairy....I just wanted objective insight in transits, because we are all "hit" with strong ones, one way or another, like ppl mentioned here.
I don't blame astrology, but most ppl explained transits I wrote above like a hard ones, the ones it is hard to resist.
It is not my fault either, because I fought like a lion 2 years, doing what I thought is right. Maybe I had to go with a flow? Nevermind...

I Appriciate talking here about transits and influences of them.

They say with predictive astrology, you need 3 hits.

For instance, in the natal, Saturn trine Mars, in the transits, Saturn conjunct natal Mars, and in the progressed chart, Mars square progressed Saturn - 3 hits = an incident. This is just an example, but the general rule of thumb with predictive astrology is 3 hits = an incident.

Hmm....interesting....but how you can say that this is not STRONG? From experience with others astrologist and looking others charts there is major breakdown with Double Saturn-Uranus transits.

Are this hits?

Pluto conjucting Mercury
Saturn square Uranus
Uranus opposition Saturn
Jupiter square Saturn
Progressive Sun square SA AC
Uranus square Neptune
Progressive Moon square AC

kindjali, here is my take on this. It is not about her and what's going on in her chart and what should or should not have happened to her. It's about you.

I have noticed that when one is "in love" with someone and turns to astrology to ask, will this work, the answer that is usually given is mixed. There is good and bad in every synastric/composite chart. But, because we want things to work, we usually only focus on the aspects that indicate what we want to hear.

In your case, it seems that you've been focusing on the aspects in her charts that would indicate that she would not be getting married to someone else.

If you feel you've embarked on an illusory journey these past 2 years, please check out if transiting or progressed Neptune has been adversely affecting you.

By the way, you said that Uranus has been conjunct your moon for the past 2 years, so I am guessing that your moon is between 10 to 14 degrees of Pisces.

Traditionally, when transiting Uranus conjunct natal moon, "this transit signifies a time of enormous phychological change and possibly emotional turmoil. Among its manifestations are the following: sudden incidents involving women; emotional upsets; emotional rashness and impulsiveness; sudden changes of mood..."
"The effects of this transit are not so much bad as sudden and surprising. The most disturbing effect is the sense of upset, but you may also feel very excited. You can count on this transit to change your daily routine. Sudden infatuations with the opposite sex, especially if you are a man,are some of its consequences..."
"What is most difficutl to do but most important is to maintain your sense of equilibrium..." Quotes from Robert Hand's Planets in Transit.

Not everyone experiences this transit like that. I know this conservative man who is going through the same transit, and he all of a sudden he developed a passion for learning to play electric guitar. The thing with Uranus is that it is unpredictable, and you never really know how someone is going to experience it.

Interestingly enough, Transiting Jupiter is now approaching a square to the conjunction of your moon with Uranus. So things are feeling quite intense for you at this time.

Thank You Belage.
I just my small corner of peace and emotional happiness...thats all I tried to have last 2 years. It is my intense year now with some mixed transits:

Jupiter conjucting AC
Jupiter square Moon
Jupiter trine Saturn
Saturn opposition Venus
Neptune conjucting Venus
Uranus square AC
Progressive Moon (in 4th house) conjucting SA MC
True Node conjucting Moon
Pluto conjucting Mars

It all is already hitting me last year or is coming.
This year is my turning point. Is it possible that I will have "chance" to finnaly build something lasting?
