I hate my venus in taurus in the 11th house. I hate being loyal, and that even when I have been only sleeping with someone I want them and no one else. And I don't them with anyone else. I was dealing with a guy (if you remember the sun/moon in Sag conjunct saturn guy with the venus/mercury in scorpio conjunct pluto and mars in pisces) since Aug. and I drunk dialed him at like 2am over the weekend, and I told him (while drunk and crying) that I loved him, that he had hurt me, and that he treats me like crap. He was upset (partly because he had to wake up early the next morning to drive 8 hours), and partly because he thought I was trying to guilt trip him. He decided that we needed to move on and put everything behind us. But he wouldn't say he didn't want to talk to me, he wanted me to block him (on Aim), and me to hang up on him. And I told him that we didn't enjoy being with each other anyway. So it was no big deal. Well I hate that I miss him, and he doesn't miss me. I just hate the fact that I can't just shut off how I feel. Does anyone with this placement feel this way ever?IP: Logged |

I have Venus in Taurus in the 11th and Moon in Taurus in the 11th. I know exactly what you mean.
It's better to move on and find a better guy.
A sag Sun yikes! That's the worst for women like us because they don't like being tied down.
My boyfriend is a Scorpio, Sag Cusp with Scorpio Mercury. Thank god he's not like that ughhh.

YESSS!!!! On top of that im a moon in Scorpio conj Pluto. Im an emotional trainwreck all the time. My bf and I fight and im the one who gets bleeping hurt ALWAYS! I either attract Cancers and Tauruses who are in fact loyal and are able to handle me but bore me to bloody death (Gemini Libra asc) or Geminis/LIbras who arent close to being loyal and just make me jealous and hurt and i turn controlling! Believe me, it's not just venus in Taurus. I CANNOT imagine it being much worse than venus in Scorp...in the 5H no less...I DEMAND loyalty and I feel like killing someone when I don't get it... Hang in there...it WILL get better. IP: Logged |

i've got venus in taurus...it takes me YEARS to get over just a crush...let alone dating someone. and my sun sign is in aries, i shouldn't be like this!!!!! haha, but i've dealt with it, you will too. the obsessiveness and possessiveness and jealousy gets so old i hate it too  IP: Logged |

It takes me a while to get over someone also.But when you do get over someone it's the best feeling in the world. Especially when you know you deserve better.

I have Venus in Scorpio, 11th house.
Takes me a long time to get over someone too. An unnaturally long time. I have to convince myself that they did something completely immoral and disgusting to me in order for me to trick myself into thinking I've over them..but I'm really not.
I "move on" quickly in a physical sense...but emotionally I don't move on for what can be years...

Same here...and im a Gemini...ooh Cranky Cap my bf's ex is a Capricorn Venus in Scorpio in the 6th u can imagine wat a lovely relationship we have.

I do happen to love venus in taurus but it can be a REAL pain to deal with....sigh
and with it being in the 8th house you get the best of both worlds, a little of the crazy taurus love and a little of the cazy scorpio love... lol, I don't think it helps either that venus taurus 8th is in opposition to my pluto scorpio in 2nd.------------------

I have Venus in Taurus and my loyalty is the same with someone. I could stay true to the one person forever. I wish I had Venus in Aries and also I get jealous alot which drives me crazy. I can be very touchy person and love touching the other person and with hugs etc. Just being close is what I like. I equally find it hard to move on. IP: Logged |

I am very jealous and possessive also.Luckily, my boyfriend is also and he understands my passionate nature.
As I get older I have noticed I learn to control it more but that doesn't stop my jealous thoughts.
My boyfriend knows that if he even looks at a barbie.....my blood will boil with jealous rage.

I too move on in a physical sense quickly as well. But not emotionally. I just feel like seeing this guy will bring back so many feelings and emotions. I hate that he could treat me the way he did and he seemed so unemotional about it and me. I thought venus and mercury were in scorpio more compassionate about how they treated others. He says he can't deal with me because (with how I am he can't be) and that he keeps his relationships and friendships seperate. I feel horrible because this is the first time ever that I have truly cared about someone and had real feelings for them. And trusted them to feel something (I blame my cap moon for that) I think my overly passionate and emotional side comes from my cancer sun, mars, asc trine pluto, my moon squ pluto, my venus opp pluto. I just hate the fact that at the end of the day I'm nothing to him, and he's supposed to be sensitive according to the pisces and scorpio placements. IP: Logged |

And whats worse is my pluto side of me wants to just completely eliminate him from my life, and pretend he doesn't exist. I even want to hook up with a friend of his partly to get back at him, even though I said I wouldn't (if you remember back he had asked me if I liked his friend, and I said no and he thought I was lying) and when we last talked he asked me had we done anything, and I said no I wouldn't disrespect him like that, and he was like yeah that wouldn't be cool. Ugh I hate that I don't want to hurt him...even though me saying we didn't enjoy being together may have hurt him or made him mad. IP: Logged |

Yea it does suck sometimes, having to deal with being too sentimental...I am loyal like you cant believe. Even a "Casual" affair is never casual with me for the simple fact that I can't let go of anyone that has entered my life and has left a slight mark.
Also, the the jealousy that runs with Vanus in Taurus ppl. I have Venus opposing Saturn and Pluto in Scorpio. I get intense feelings and I often struggle with power-trips within myself. Its HELL dealing with it!IP: Logged |

lol this is sooo funny that the results of this aspect are almost the same for all of us....Well as you all know I'm having an extremely hard time getting over my ex.... I was over him for a year and then all of a sudden I started thinking of him again And I have .... drum rolls please...

So I guess I'm not alone after all!
However one thing about my personality is that I'm not jealous or possessive.... if my man is talking to a female... I could care less.... it dosen't bother me as long as he dosen't cheat on me..... and I don't mind my man going out and spending time with friends and family (without me) becuase, I like my free time too.... And I don't like to be possessed... I like to feel free.... and I equally give my spouse his freedom as well. I'am very affectionate... but I'm not possesive... there are times when I'm accused of giving my significant other tooooo much free time....  I think the reason I'am this way is because of my leo moon and aries merc. My leo moon is in a strong degree (19 degrees)
My aries merc. is in a VERY strong degree (26 degrees)
However, my taurus venus is in a very weak degree (7 degrees) So I think those factors play a part in the whole thing Plus I'm not the typical cancer rising Most cancer risings have libra in their 4th house.... I don't My 4th house is in virgo.... that explains why I display some of the gemini characteristics.... I look like a cancer rising(I have a round face, sensitive eyes and I'am short).... but I also look like a gemini rising (I have a very youthful appearance and most mistake me to be much younger than I'am)..... sometimes I'm shy when I first meet people (cancer asc.)..... sometimes I'm outgoing and extremely friendly when I first meet people(gemini asc.).... and I'm very very versatile (also gemi asc.).... So it goes both ways with me....
I think the degrees in ones chart is very important when you are trying to determine a persons characteristics...

The part I bolded is sooooooo true about me too!!!!! I attract a lot of gemini risings to me tooo... Quite a few taurus suns A whole lot of scorpios (as friends..... so far) And a lot of libra suns (usually just as friends) A lot of gemini sun's (only as friends.... so far)

You know its interesting that the venus in scorpio people are responding and saying they take things so hard...the sag guy I had dealt with had both venus and mercury in scorpio conjunct pluto, along with his sun and moon in sag conjunct saturn and a mars in pisces and he acted as if he could care aless about me at all. Why would this particular venus in scorpio act like he doesn't care...or miss me at all...even as far as friendship goes (although it was only 5 months). But I agree that with my venus in taurus in the 11th, I'm not possessive really I just expect to be able to have friends of the opposite sex and for my partner to have friends of the opposite sex. I also like to remain friends with all my ex's or I end up dating friends. I don't understand why if you spent time with someone romantically...why can't you at least be friends with them w/o wanting to get back with them. Or have anything more with them. Some of my friends view this as holding on to the past, but I don't look at it that way. Are any of you like this? IP: Logged |
