I know this Pisces man for a while now but the one thing that annoys me is that when it comes to communicating, they are hopeless. I sent two texts and not one back; just silence. What is it with Pisces men, do they prefer someone who does not annoy them or do they prefer to have their own time on their own. I cannot fathom him out. He has a Moon in Gemini which annoys me sometimes because his sence of humour is saying everthing in a witty format. He sounds serious sometimes, but then I realise he is just winding me up with his sense of humour. Could anyone give me advice. IP: Logged |

Soconfused, I checked out the data on pisces and you are so good; as I now know how everyone else has the same problem which I have regarding pisces and communication. As I read on; it seems pisces need their time on their own and as I am Aries; I suppose I can be very impatient. You have helped me so much. THANK YOU. IP: Logged |

As I am quiet responsive in communication (at least written), not sure what other aspects is causing your Pisces friend's situation.Maybe I got lots of fire so don't exhibit unresponsiveness in communication matters. At times we might not communicate, however its due to time availability - keeping it pending and replying when have time to do so, rather than replying in hurry (again this should be rare). Maybe you can ask him about the same and see what he says IP: Logged |

oh look it's a pisces man thread .. wow haven't seen one of these in a while jkWe almost went two whole days without a Pisces man problem.. awww and we were doing so well. Ok I'm just being silly.. but seriously communication is more so a Mercury area. I have a Pisces Mercury and I'm not much of an sms replier lol.. People always complain that I forgot to call or contact them or reply to something or email. My friend who is a Pisces also has a Pisces Mercury. We've never had these problems because neither of us cares but somehow we still see each other a lot..without messaging or calling lol.. ESP? IP: Logged |

Oh actually, come to think of it now.. we have a mutual (very close) friend who is a double Gemini.. we have a blast together. But Miss Gemini always and I mean always complains and passes sarcastic remarks.. saying that we randomly disappear off the face of the planet or asking if we ever use our mobile phones lol (and why we bought them in the first place if we refuse to use them) It's like "what? I disappeared? when'd that happen?" Oh well, she's really cool.. Honestly I just forget. Sometimes I leave my mob off for agess and don't realize. Does this guy have a Pisces Mercury? IP: Logged |

I have absolutely no patience for Pisces men; they're a joke to me. And this is coming from another watersign. It must be that Aries mars that would make me say: next. IP: Logged |

Most often with me is I just lose all sense of the world I'm suppose to be dealing with when it comes to people... I respond fast about work related things where I have responsibility, but everything else just fades into the background... Every-time I pick up my phone there are missed calls and texts... I respond when I find my phone like this but since most of the time I put my phone down and then forget where it is... Out of sight out of mind LOL, people often think I purposely ignore them, its not true... Im just not aware that people are trying to communicate with me IP: Logged |

I guess all of the 'forgetting' and blending into the background is still quite understandable with social contacts. But what about when a pisces man(or someone with a 12th house sun/ pisces ascendant)is attracted to a woman. Would he still be that inactive in his communication or actions? Would it be quite typical of them to be initially quite passive i.e. wait for the woman to show their interest first before a man with a strong pisces/neptune influence would make a move and suggest a date?Would be great to hear your experience reg. the initial stages! I am double Gemini and D. is double Pisces, with Pisces Mercury Retrograde....Hilarious. We are a wicked odd pair... If it weren't for the fact that I can feel him in my head so much of the time, I would be a bit concerned with his uneven communication. Plus we are just close friends. The thing that's funny about him is he always pops up when I am not anticipating the POP..... I think Retro Mercury people communicate completely nontraditionally--add in Pisces and well you have surprises on your hand. I do not even pay him any mind with his communication habits. Our styles are radically different and always will be but for some odd rreason he seems to really treasure my notes, and letters and poetry and I appreciate that thoughtful tortured mulled over response..LOL. Like he'll say...I like the way you say things, I like the words you use when you write... Unless a Pisces Man has alot of fire in his chart, he may be very languid and often passive in his attentions. And I think it takes Pisces men a fair amount of time and courage to speak out loud their feelings... They are the total antithesis of Leo or Aries men....but aries and leo men scare the heck out of me so .... IP: Logged |

Annaf,Even though I got bit of fire in my chart, I would still be on the sidelines when attracted to someone. I think, being aware of our own communication glitches, would make us shy away from interacting up front. Keeping quiet is preferred to showing communication problems … right? Also we are not sure of ourselves whether we want someone (making up our mind on such matters takes time). Sometimes it’s just that we can’t speak OR get thoughts in mind, to speak about (like a frozen mummy). Somehow keeping quiet is seen wise by us (underlying spirituality). Also we are not strong in our views of things, that we don’t give importance either way, so we remain mum until the discussion is something which interests us. Then our interests would never be same as what the world is interested in. Even if something of interest comes up in mind, it is kept inside to ponder over it, to absorb it completely rather than discussing it with someone. I guess its bit difficult to explain I think it’s not fear or rejection, however it’s more to do with ‘what you want’. So its like if someone wants me, let her come to me. We would always ‘feel’ (rather than talk) any situation (be it personal or be it at work). If we get unfavorable response for something, we would be on back- foot. If things don’t destine itself we won’t do much about it (going with the flow - unless we got ourselves involved into the other person more than normal to take some action). Even then we wait for signs, whether someone likes us or not etc. Disclaimer – all thoughts are from my perspective, don’t want to generalize to all those bold Pisceans Lillygirl, And sometimes I too like the way you write . Think it’s the creativity aspect that makes us catch hold of such things and value them. I used to ask my Gem to use all kinds of words from literature in her emails so that I could improve upon them (she studied English literature in her post-graduation studies, as compared to my normal school english) Creativity, Art, nature etc are some of the things in which Pisces always has interest (if not active at least passive). These are some things which a Pisces might like to do, however might be incapable (due to not being creative or maybe the life’s nuances/responsibilities never allow us to get into it or just lack of inertia)

Thanks Villy; you're sweet. My writing on here and most internet boards can be atrocious, hideous really!!! Rife with typos, missing words and misspellings. My Double Gemini can think and type a million words a minute but my Double Aries hates proofreading! So... my heart is in it, but my patience a bit lacking.Funny about your Gemini friend, my course of university study (my major) was English also. And I have freelance written for much of my life. D. uses a lot of exclamations points when he writes me which I find very funny and very cute because you know in writing classes, instructors are always chiding against that sort of thing. I think it's unique that he is so quiet, intensely, cerebrally focused and then I see all these exclamation points flying across the page....It makes me laugh .....LOL IP: Logged |

Thanks Villy,....but if you actually have made up your mind and know you want someone, would you still wait for them to come to you?...and withdraw immediately if you get negative signals?IP: Logged |

Its bit difficult to answer your queries. It might be true or may not be.Think we are more likely to act when we develop deep feelings for someone, instead of normal attraction/interest of first few meetings. However there is a possibility of stepping back seeing some negative sign (like other person is involved/interested in someone else). Hope you find your answers. Lillygirl, Nice to know that you are a freelance writer.

Hi Villy and Annaf,Anna you asked about Pisces and water signs. Villy, I think you posted your chart before or talked about it because I remember you having lots of Aries there. I’m an Aries myself (Pisces Merc and Jupiter) but I wouldn’t say water is my main influence.. I’m very fiery/earthy. What you said here: quote: I think it’s not fear or rejection, however it’s more to do with ‘what you want’. So its like if someone wants me, let her come to me.
I can see this applying to me. I’ve actually noticed this to be a fire trend not a water trend.. so maybe it’s coming from the Aries in your chart lol I know for instance a Pisces guy who had no Aries in his chart. He was in love with my friend and when she went up to speak to him, he was hiding under the register lol He was afraid to make eye contact.. so sweet, so Pisces.. so not Aries lol Your attitude of “let her come to me” has an Aries man feel to it. Do you know what I mean? Pisces, as a sign, has zero ego.. but Aries has ego by the bucket loads.. It’s an interesting combination to have in natal. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I got Aries Venus & Moon with Sagi Ascendant. You may be right and maybe for me its having Piscean tint, hence the “what you want” part. IP: Logged |
