Anything after 2.30 is rounded to 3...anything before that is not.

Just because it's rounded...doesn't mean it's not still 2 degrees. Because technically it is.

Very interesting!
2 degree Saturn in Scorpio and 10th house . Karma is also at 2 deg... I know, I know, it's an asteroid... But isn't this weird? Karma and the Lord of Karma both at 2?? They quincunx each other (the karmic aspect??!). I do have a thing for power (probably because of my Cappy rising and Moon). And my fixed star report sustains this too.
