Per astrologer Nikola Stojanovic:
My research of the Zodiac degrees have shown that the 2nd degree of any Zodiac sign occurs in the astrological charts of the people who, in their lifetime, had the supreme power or made highly respected and remarkable achievements.

Here is the full article: http://www.astrologyinserbia.com/e/knjige/tajne/tajna_2.htm

So who has a planet in the 2nd degree, and how do you think it affects your life?

Sun in Libra
Moon in Cancer
Jupiter in Cancer
Venus in Virgo

Sun in Scorpio 2',11th house
MC in Libra 2'

I do have an extremely powerful sense of self, and need for success, recognition, honors, and admiration. It's like something my mom and I were discussing...

I also connect with the public in a way that seems odd, like something else is going on. Like it's almost too "good"/easy to be true.

(on getting out of college and moving on with my life)
Me: I can't wait to get on with my life and blow everyone's minds with my awesomeness (the sun brings arrogance, I'm afraid )
Mom: Yeah but remember not to let failure and rejection set you back, it's going to be hard

Me: Huh? I've never thought of that before.

It's like the Sun and my "purpose" shines so bright sometimes, it blinds me from all the small steps in between. So we get a lot of line cutting and people squashing. Unintentionally of course

I just feel like I was born to achieving something huge. And Its not arrogance really cuz I doubt I have the abilities to do anything that grand but it's just this feeling that it *is* going to happen.

Thats how I experience my 2 degrees.

Angles work?

My ascendant/descendant are at two degrees Gemini and Sagittarius. Am I powerfully for myself while also being powerful for others?

If you do not have a major planet or house beginning with this degree, don't feel neglected. Each degree has a meaning. It would be lovely if we could have them all, but so far I've only found three (5, 2, and 29). I will post whatever else I can find...

If 2 degrees work for Angles here is another Ascendent at 2 degree Gemini.

2° is considered 2 only if it is 2°00, after that (2°10' or 2' 33') it is considered 3°

If I use the examples Nikola Stojanovic gave of those famous people, some of their 2 is at 2.XX, not exactly at 2 only.
