I'm a Sag, but I have my Moon and MC in Leo. In the past year and a half, I've had Saturn conjunct my MC, and it's currently conjunct my Moon. And I sure have felt both transits.Saturn conjuncting my MC has been like a mini-Saturn return. I realized the career path I was on was wrong for me, dropped out of law school, and spent about a year contemplating what I wanted to do with my life. It was a very difficult and depressing time for me, but I'm so glad it happened. I know myself better than I ever have. I'm not at all dreading my Saturn return in a couple of years because I feel like I've already gone through it and am now on a career path that's a much better match for me. I've also felt Saturn conjuncting my Moon. In the past year, my relationship with my boyfriend has solidified into something dependable and more mature. We always had good times together and were very much in love, but, after the events of the past year, I know we can get through life's serious, painful times too. He's my rock. Actually, it's not just my relationship that's matured and become more dependable, I have too. Saturn made a woman out of me. It's funny because when all this Saturn stuff started happening, I knew very little about astrology. I had never looked up transits before. It was only a month or two ago that I found out about my Saturn transits and I couldn't believe how precisely they mirrored the events of my life in the past year. And I know exactly what you mean about the saturn transit being real. Saturn is reality on crack. IP: Logged |

I'm a Sag married to a Leo.In his case, it has helped. When someone had laid out their plans, followed the good path.. well, good things come. Saturn threw him into a last minute deployment to clean up after a Sag (as you know Pluto is conjuncting many of our Sag Suns). My husband not only took his place, but increased morale, put out the best work (being named one of the best platoons in the Army) and he is being awarded a medal bestowed on the best (I will name it once he returns). If the person has not planned well or their life has taken the wrong path, Saturn puts tests before them that teach them a lesson to be used for the next Saturn conjunct Sun.. Everything is a learning experience Personally, I am not very fond of Saturn, but I do love Pluto. ------------------ Waiting for my Soldier Bear to come home the Sandbox.. Well, I'm an Aries with Saturn and Pluto currently trining my Sun. Saturn, I would agree, brought me lessons in love, but ones which I needed to learn (I was a neophyte without much experience). Pluto is making me think about life and *death* issues more (no sweat). I don't think, however, that the lessons Saturn has to teach depend on whether an individual has planned well or not. I think they happen whatever the situation and whether we have been supposedly wise or foolish - astrology doesn't differentiate, because it can't. IP: Logged | |
