The page this information is taken from is with the use of Vedic astrology. It may not apply to everyone because, of course, it is not accurate to mix vedic interpretations with western measurements. In vedic you two may have moon conjunct jupiter but it may be in less-than-feminine signs which indicates the smallness rather than largeness. Libra is considered to be an "infertile/barren/neutrally barren" sign in vedic which can also be interpreted as not feminine (despite it being ruled by venus, Libra is a masculine sign; people forget this). The breasts are most commonly emphasized in females, so this also goes for other signs with the "barren" or "neutrally barren" connotation in astrology. IP: Logged
