Since love and our bonds with those special someones are a hot topic for us all lets add to our knowledge bank

We all know the Parts of Fortune, Marriage and Karma. Well how about you guys and gals experiment with Parts of the Asteroids!
Remember also to check transits, progressions and arcs to these parts as well because they too will time major events

Example you can check the parts for soulmate and Valentine love...I have created these according to how I understand the Arabic parts (Greek Lots) work.....just something I was playing around with when searching and analyzing a few aspects...actually I got bored at a meeting and my mind started wondering so as soon as I got to my desk guess what I worked on?

Asc + Valentine - Juno (your true love in marriage)

Asc + Jupiter - Juno (the one permanent relationship Zeus/Jupiter had despite all the other love affairs, and the marriage of the powerful god of gods to Hera/Juno most devoted wife)

Asc + desc - midpoint of Osiris/Isis (showing soulmate marriage/commitment)
again here you can use any other two deities you resonate with as the archetype soulmates

I have used these on charts I know well and have had so many aha moments...

that is very interesting.

I calculated those parts, you suggested, and I got:

ASC, Valentine, Juno: 18° Leo, which falls into my 8th house and is opposite my own natal Moon by 1°

ASC, Jupiter, Juno: 01° Sagittarius (this part is exactly conjunct my Amor and a bit more widely conjuncting my Valentine and Mars)

ASC, dsc; Isis / Osiris: 6° Taurus, which conjuncts my PoM within 1°

ASC, dsc, Eros / Psyche: 06° Capricon, which exactly conjuncts my Venus

I just had a short look back onto the synastry with my first love, to see if he triggered anything of those points.

my True love-part was conjunct his NN (2°)
my Isis/Osiris-part was conjunct his Venus (2°)

Another crush of mine:

my part of permanent relationship conjunct his Mars (2°) and his Juno (1°).
My Eros-psyche-part conjunct his Sun (1°)

Hmm, it seems this is definitely worth of further investigation. Thank you for sharing that great idea.

I just tested one of them out - your true love in marriage formula gave me 0.19 Leo, which is conjunct my sun-moon midpoint. Now that seems accurate! It's also conjunct my bf's progressed sun. My bf's works out at 4.36 degrees Capricorn, which is conjunct my Valentine and AC. His falls in his 9th house, similarly mine falls in my 9th house too. This relationship really counts as a type of 'second marriage' for both of us, although neither of us have been legally married before.

I found transits to these parts timed meetings and triggered the natal and progressions as well

Also remember we can use these parts in the draconic chart and since this chart shows us what we are bound to in this lifetime I bet you would find some connections there with your partners

Any oppositions I would say would show a past life true love as well

In that web site, there is a drop down menu, which specifies:

Identity = ASC + Saturn - Moon

My ASC is Virgo 22'55" Saturn is in Gemini 16'37" and Moon is in Aries 5'47". After entering the appropriate values, just click that FIND ARABIC PART button, and the results would be displayed.

Ironically I am unsure how my results should be interpreted though!

My draconic part of true love: 8° Sagittarius, conjunct my natal Mars, ASC and NN.

my draconic part of permanent marriage: 21° Pisces, widely conjunct my natal Juno

my draconic part of Isis / Osiris: 26° Leo, oposite my natal Psyche

my draconic part of Eros / Psyche: 26° Aries, exactly trine my natal Sun

Well, in the case of that crush I found some connections on first glance:

NAM,
your DSC is still in Cancer and I would still judge the DSC as more meaningful. But those arabic parts add another dimension to the chart. I`d see them as additional info, as dessert, but not so much as the main course.

our asc / val / Juno opposes both of our moons
our asc / Eros / Psyche conjunct both of our Venus

I`m pretty sure you will find valid and remarkable connections in your synastry.

you are absolutely right, first look which asteroids are important natally.

Just I have the problem, they are ALL in aspect with main planets in my chart.

Egyptian asteroids:
Isis and Osiris exactly conjunct each other and are conjunct my Venus.

Camelot asteroids:
Merlin conjuncts my Sun and Mercury and opposite my Karma.
Morgana conjuncts my NN, ASC and Neptune.
Guinevere conjuncts my Venus.
Arthur conjuncts my Sun-Moon-midpoint and Antivertex.

Roman asteroids:
Eros conjuncts my Saturn and Vertex and is opposite my Sun-Moon-midpoint.
Juno trines this stellium of Eros, Saturn and Vertex.
Psyche conjuncts my Lilith and sextiles my Sun and Mercury.

Tantrik asteroids:
Kaali conjuncts my SN and Karma.
Rudra trines my Venus.
Siva trines my Saturn.
Parvati trines my Sun / Mercury.

So, how to choose?

So I agree lets see which asteroids are most important in our charts and work them into the parts.

Angles and their rulers tightly aspecting the parts, whether by progressions or transits would be important
And of course any asteroids angular or in same degree as nodes or even Asc and Desc makes them very important as well

Yes, I think you are right.
But my problem is that I can`t seem to be satisfied with anyone less than the ONE. *sighs* Talk about high expectations.

Does that also include quinkunx- and semisextile-angles?

EDIT: Regarding Isis / Osiris woven into my chart, I just noticed that there is a certain actor who seems to bombard this placement.

His Sun is exactly conjunct my Isis-Osiris-conjunction and also conjuncts my Venus (his Kaali and Parvati are also conjunct this stellium) and therefor also square to my Pluto.
His own Pluto happens to square my Venus (1,5°).
It doesn`t really help matters, that his own Isis is trine my NN (2°) and his Osiris / Valentine-conjunction is opposite my Venus (1,5° / 0°); Valentine is also opposite my Isis and Osiris within 2°, but the orb for his Osiris opposite my Isis / Osiris would be probably too wide (3,5°).

Looking at the draconics, it gets even more freaking:
my draconic Venus opposite his Moon (2)
my draconic Venus opposite his dr Isis (0)
my dr Isis opposite his Moon (0)
my dr Isis opposite his dr Isis (2)
my dr Osiris opposite his Moon (0)

my Dwad Isis is trine his Venus (0)

my Dwad Osiris is square his Osiris (0)

I know this has nothing to do with the subject of the topic, but I was quite fascinated when I saw that pattern.

It`s interesting; I`m drawn to his films like a moth to the light, and I`m not even sure if I like him at all!
But it seems there is something about him, that makes him a good "hook" for my Isis / Osiris-constellation.

Love your idea...I'm still calculating, but I just had to share this one to validate your theory.

I just calculated "the one permanent relationship despite all other affairs" which is ASC + Jupiter - Juno. It is EXACTLY conjunct my Part of Marriage (using ASC + cusp of 7th - Venus). Both are exactly 15.28 Libra!!!

Can't wait to do more.
