I have been spending a lot of time with an Aquarius man lately. I just don't understand! Half of the time, he's affectionate, warm and interested. The other half, he's distant, cold and seems uninterested (???). I'm confused as to what he really feels and what could ever become of this.Can anyone help me out here? I'm Libra, Aqua rising. He is Aqua, Leo rising. This is all I know right now. ------------------

That seems to be be a common thing with Aqua men...do you have any more info on him, or possibly could get more to look and compare your charts to see what might be going on between you two. In my small experience with Aqua men, they have a hard time showing their emotions(or dealing with them for that matter). ------------------

So, if an Aquarius man acts in such a way, does this mean he's still interested?? How can one tell with them? Do you take their word for it? How can you tell if they've lost interest?------------------

Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved this movie when I saw it. I didn't know him at the time. THANK YOU! This makes so much sense now  I hope I haven't already pushed him away  I'll just wait... ------------------

as a fellow libran with some experience concerning aqua men (they always seem to be around)i would tell you not to mind too much that aloofness they exhibit from time to time. they are like that in the beginning. from my point of view, they need to get used to having you around. and they are not as detached and heartless as people say they are. actually, the most romantic guy i met is an aqua sun/leo moon/libra rising. and once they decide they like you (that might take a while), you can be sure they'll stick around.

Update!He's a total dramatic baby! It appears he is playing games. He took a conversation we had last night and made it into a HUGE, DRAMATIC deal. He also claims I "have no idea" how upset he seems to be about it, YET basically told me I'm dismissed. Soooo, he REALLY likes me yet will only give me one word answers! (This conversation last night happened online btw - how petty!!!) Ugggh! ------------------

i would blame your communication issues on the hard aspect between your mercury and his. libra and capricorn have different styles of communication. i know an aqua sun/mercury in capricorn guy who has the one word answers you were talking about. also the moon in scorpio sounds a bit difficult to me. Aquarius are notorious for playing games. If you find yourself guessing how they feel about you, they're not interested. I've been pursued by virtually every sign in the zodiac and they've all behaved in the same way. The Aquarians were pretty direct (must be the aries placements) & told me I wasn't giving them enough attention. I'm Gemini. IP: Logged |

It can be hard to tell at first how they feel bc they are so clever in hiding their feelings..But stay on board for awhile and pay close attention you will beging to see things that will let you know how they feel. Also they have a way of projecting their feelings towards a girl..Something like a telegram but through the metaphysical sense..if you will..LibraC, you may have ran into one of those unevolved Aqua men those are the worst..And yes a Aqua with Aries in his chart can be direct and run ya down.. Could just be his style of dating with you - his Venus in Aquarius. Distant, cool, aloof and everything Aquarian. But his emotions are not. He is highly sensitive and can be afraid of women(I noticed men with Scorpio moon sign have issues with women.. they're all either sexy wolf mothers or Medusas). Mars in 27 Cancer could be that "Leo" feeling you have been dealing with -- the emotional outbursts and drama. What a big boy!IP: Logged |

I just don't know if I can tolerate the game-playing. Who would want to? Let's say he comes around in a day or two - me giving in will make me feel I have been taken advantage of. Then, when can I anticipate the next drama tantrum?This just upsets me a little because our initial time spent was amazing - I felt as though we had known each other for years. We were SO comfortable, and the chemistry was amazing! PLUS, the argument we had was through an IM - that's so petty! (In person, we are great) Thank you all very graciously for your advice - I appreciate it. I'll let everyone know what his next move ends up being

I totally agree.
Sometimes even *I* think I'm playing games. On most of my dates, men will remark "YOu are so hard to read...I can't tell if I should ask you out again or not". Being "hard to read" is not a choice, on my part. Maybe some girls (or guys) learn how to be hard to read, but as an aqua, I don't. It's almost a handcap, certainly not a clever GAME playing strategy. However. I think most aquas like a sense of self control... so maybe that plays a part? I have aries asc, and gem moon... I'm very social and sweet, but VERY "slow to warm up". Once you've won me over though, I'm very sweet. Most people are shocked by how nice I am because at first I'm distant and aloof. I think with aquas, you just need to realize that their "strengths" (aloofness, coldness, detachment, distance) are actually their biggest weaknesses. When it comes to matters of the heart - you need to be vulnerable and "out of control", which is hard for aquas...so it's a huge hurdle, certainly not a fun game. Just my two cents! ------------------

He came around. He texted me last night basically begging for my attention. I gave in.Today, I explained to him exactly what I have been explaining here and he was dumbfounded..."When do I act like that?". I explained that I felt "uninterested" vibes half of the time. He couldn't believe his ears and confirmed the opposite. There is definitely a positive connection in certain areas (mostly physical and sense of humor), while others are totally lacking - I think it's the communication. I just don't get it. The first time I was with him I felt an UNBELIEVABLE connection in ALL areas - including communication. So, although he claims he's into me, I still feel desiring something more. I think I require more attention than I'm getting. I feel like the spotlight is all on him. He is kind of like a big baby, in that I think he has always gotten what he wants. *rolls eyes* *shrugs* ------------------
