Here'a a LIBRA MOON Interpretation that comforts me, from www.cafeastrology.com/zodiaclibra.html

Moon in Libra people have a strong need for partnership. Without someone to share their lives with, they feel utterly incomplete. This is why many people with this position get involved in marriages or living-together arrangements quite young.

Because this drive for harmony, peace, and sharing is so powerful, Lunar Librans are apt to do a lot of conceding. They are sympathetic and concerned for others, enjoy socializing, and revel in a good debate. Mental rapport with others is especially important to them.

Lunar Librans feel safe and secure when they are in a partnership. These are the people who seem to always need to have someone tag along with them wherever they go -- even if it is to the corner store. They find strength and reinforcement in and through others.

Both men and women with this position are often quite charming. They can be very attractive to be around, and are often given to flirtatiousness. Rarely directly aggressive, these people win your heart with their gentle and refined ways.

Moon in Libra natives simply can't help but see flaws in their environment and their relationships. In fact, anything out of whack will bother them until it's fixed. Although diplomatic with acquaintances, when Moon in Libra natives argue with their long-standing partners, they rarely let up until they win. And, winning an argument is a Libran specialty--in fact, they may not even believe what they are saying, but will adopt all kinds of ideas just to get the last word. Living with Lunar Librans can sometimes feel like you are on trial, and Libra is the expert lawyer. Sometimes, though, Libra is defending you and supporting your point of view.

Lunar Librans' idealistic outlook and constant striving for the best, most harmonious lifestyle can lead to much discontent. Looking for that one (elusive) perfect way to lead their lives can detract from enjoyment of the moment.

Some Famous people with Moon in Libra: Alec Baldwin, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, George Bush Jr., Nicolas Cage, Geena Davis, Leonardo Di Caprio (Moon, Mercury, and Ascendant in Libra), Emily Dickinson (poet), Walt Disney, Angela Lansbury (Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Mars in Libra), D.H. Lawrence (Moon and Venus in Libra), Emily Post (Authority on etiquette - Sun, Moon, and Mercury in Libra), Christian Slater, Bruce Springsteen (Sun, Moon, and Mercury in Libra), Pete Wentz, Vanna White, Kate Winslet (Sun, Moon, and Mercury in Libra)

Now this is my take on it...

I have no idea why this happens only if I haven’t slept for more than a day, but now I will tell you, in my opinion, what Libra Moon in the 10th House expresses itself, and the kind of woman it desires.

I stand to be corrected.

Moon – Natural Ruler in the 4th House – Cancer
10th House – Natural Ruler is Capricorn – Saturn
Libra - Natural Ruler of 7th House - Venus

Now, how would these get along?

Well, Cancer and Capricorn are opposed, but this is better than a square aspect of the two, because the needs of both these entities are the same, it is only the method of getting that which they need that is different. Cancer and Capricorn value security, material and emotional security, but the former expresses that internally in the home, while the latter expresses that outwardly through society. So, already I can see than this native has some quarrels within because they value being a home-body, while at the same time, they desire to shine to the world. So, how would this person balance these two forces? He has to balance them because Libra demands harmony.

Let’s begin with what the native desires?

This native desires two things which oppose each other, they desire a good home, even privacy, but they desire to be known by their peers for also being accomplished in society.

I would have to say that this person desires to be the one who is more accomplished than his partner. He desires for his partner to complement him by giving him a good and cosy home too. The partner has to be smart, talented and on the same "level" but as soon as I think of this person, I see him as the president of the country, or an important man, who has a good, smart woman beside him. This woman is the strength behind him, and also she gives him a 'home' to make sure that he is also known for having great balance; a good personal life as well as a good professional life. His woman is his First Lady.

Family means a lot to this man, especially about what the world sees his family to be. This is the typical great dad who is a also a business tycoon, with a home made meal at home after a long days work. He will come home and play husband while balancing that with a very dynamic and powerful social life.
I see a lawyer, a town counselor or Mayor, a principal of a school, a governor, but someone who has to deal with the public in his work. He is a charismatic man with great charm and debonair flair, who does a 180 when he gets home to become a dad, a husband, and a friend and an average Joe who does what husbands do, something very contradictory to his day job.

The partner he needs is one who will not nag him as he takes care of worldly business with the public, but someone who will hold the fort at home while he is gone doing what he does best. His wife, or partner has to be somewhat of a super woman because she must also be a normal mother, who on the other hand has a very glamorous life of going to luncheons and dinner parties etc. because this woman can not jeopardize his image to the world. It takes great responsibility to be this man’s woman because she is expected to be motherly, maternal and domestic - as well as glamorous and presentable.

Therefore his woman must possess a super-woman image, where she can be homely as well as glamorous. He would prefer it if she were to cook than some hired help because of his ideas of what a motherly woman should be, but I am sure he would be understanding if she did get help around the house. He wants a celebrity in public and a wife at home. But don't be fooled... he wants a smart woman too.

So, what woman could fill those shoes?

It would have to be a very efficient woman. This woman would have to always look good, so she would have to fit in shopping for classy clothes, do her nails and look impeccable but she must not be flashy. She must be a glorious host of parties so she would have to not only be sociable, but also skilled in “working the room” and mingling with people, guests, his friends, his family. This woman would have to be systematic, maybe a Virgo Moon with a great, sociable, charming and attractive Sun sign like a Sagittarius Sun, but definitely a woman with an exterior that is welcoming, friendly, charming and impressive. He desires woman with good communication skills because Libra Moon would love to hear how wonderful his woman is, how smart she is, how elegant she is, etc. Even a Gemini Sun would do.

So a Libra Moon in 10th Man desires a woman with best of both worlds under her belt; an organized, grounded person who is also a hit with people. Think of Bree from Desperate Housewives (without the anal retentiveness)... he desires a woman who can plan a party, or a weekend away, coupled with the ability to host parties and make his friends feel welcomed, feed the kids and look like good too.

All of this must be expressed through beauty and taste because his Venus Moon detests things that are vulgar. He needs someone who can act well under pressure because with Moon in 10th, he is under scrutiny from people’s eyes, so the woman must make sure that his image is never put in the risk of being defamed. A Capricorn Moon woman would work well too, I suppose but it is squares his Moon, but there needs to be that steadiness, efficiency and organizing aspect of her personality that will take care of things at home (and the dinner parties), coupled with a Sun (her image and how the world views her) which makes her sociable, charming, and graceful – easy to like.

And if her Sun is to be compatible with his moon, we would have to make the Sun Libra, because Aquarius might be too rogue for a Moon in 10th, and Gemini Sun could work also, because it is witty, and all things needed from a partner of someone who values his social image, but I fear that Gemini might be too flighty and unpredictable for that Saturn influenced 10th House of his.

Again, I will edit this when I have slept. I hope it's not too erratic.

Unmoved,
ohh by all means, please dont be discouraged about my personal description of my libra moon man... he wasnt a very good person at the end and he was extremely emotionally retarded...to me, that is. Maybe with another woman he was much more responsive... his moon squared my sun, mercury and mars (dont know the exact orbs) which is why we clashed so much.

UNMOVED!! so your my hero. This was sooo incredible. Thank you, this was utterly decisive. This was my original topic and I was talking about a deep friend of mine, we no longer speak though. However, I am Sun Aries, with a Cancer moon. Hopefully in another dimension we are together.

Unmoved: a weak grin over candlelight as he chuckles about some weak joke or story, which he found interesting enough to tell. There I am, sitting across him with a glazed look in my eyes, imagining how he'd react if I got up and screamed...

Wow. you should be a writer, that's just an incredibly funny description.
