I suppose a person with attraction to older people (for a relationship) might have something like saturn in the 7th. What about older people who have significantly younger parters? Would they have mercury in the 7th or maybe a mars/venus desposited by mercury?

Opinions please?

99% of the time, men are attracted to younger partners.

Women seem to like older men when younger but it sometimes flips as they reach middle age.

I have mars in gemini in 3rd and admit that although I've never had a physically younger partner, I love the ol' baby face.

What about virgo mars/venus?

This is kind of the opposite of what you're asking for, but my friend is really really attracted to older women. He has his Venus in Capricorn.

wow, i have Gemini Sun conjunct Des in the seventh. also, Gemini Ven and Cancer Mer in the seventh, and i find myself dating boys younger that i all of the time. currently i'm pursuing someone who is six years younger. why does Gemini in the seventh have anything to do with being attracted to younger people?

Interesting post.
I have Saturn in 7th, and yes this is true. My friends think I'm strange for being attraced to older guys (its always around a ten year gap, nothing more,)but I cannot control it. I have never been attracted to men my own age.

Flip side, my older ex did have gemini mars, virgo moon. Not in the 7th house though.

My other girlfriend that loves younger men, has a gemini 7th house.

I'm a woman with Saturn (and my Moon and Venus) in the 7th...I've almost exclusively been attracted to men my age and younger. The man I'm interested in now is ten years younger...the man I was seeing before him is 7 years younger. My longest-term relationship was with a man two years older, but we met at ages 18-20. I tend to find young men more physically attractive with smoother chests and more pert bums .

Im sure once im in my 30s, i'll get more into younger men...for now I like men around my age, or within 10 years. Ive never been into young men.

7th house gemini points to younger mates, because gemini is a youthful sign, and 7th house is what we seek in relationships. ive noticed a pattern.

virgo energy could work too i guess, but its not as strong as gemini for younger partners.

AGE IS JUST A NUMBER AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MATURITY (OR LACK THEREOF)!!!

I have gemini asc, sun/merc/venus in pisces in the 9th and the BIG cause of my thing for younger men (or unusual relationships maybe???) Uranus in the 5th.
I look a lot younger than my 30 years, the cancer I'm kinda seeing is 21 though more mature than a lot of 40 year olds I know.
He has a libra moon and gemini venus and has ALWAYS dated older woman. The one exception was a girl his own age (last year) but that lasted 5 minutes as she drove him nuts w her immaturity.

I have Saturn conjunct Uranus in the 7th (DC is in Sagittarius, I'm Gemini rising). They say that Saturn in the 7th indicates being attracted to older partners, but the thought of it creeps me out. I like older guys, but only 1-3 years older. I don't date younger guys, either. I think it's the Saturn/Uranus conjunction, it narrows down the age gap!

And since I am Gemini rising, I also look like I'm 16 (I'm 20).

well.....I look younger than my age...especially if I am without facial hair.
I have Virgo Ascendant.

as for younger partners,

I have Pisces Descendant...so Neptune rules my 7th house
my Neptune parallel Mercury could be relationship partner that is younger
my Venus conjunct/parallel Mercury could also indicate attracted to younger types....especially due to my own youthful appearance with Mercury as my Ascendant ruler.
my 5th house ruler Saturn in Gemini could also indicate romance involving younger types.
same thing with Saturn contraparalleling my Mercury ....especially connected to my own youthful appearance.

"AGE IS JUST A NUMBER AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MATURITY (OR LACK THEREOF)"

Uh I beg the differ...To me it really does matter what age a man is..It is all mental. I saw a old friend the other day and she is 42 told me she is dating a man that is 20 and has been with him for 2 years now..To each his own, that would never work for me..1-3 years younger is good but anything under that can't do...

I'm seven years younger than my girlfriend. She has Cancer on the descendant. I've got Gemini rising. I have Mercury in the 7th, and it's conjunct her Sun.

I do have Uranus in the 5th if I use Koch houses. I also have Saturn in the 1st, and Neptune conjunct Venus in the 7th.

I would have to disagree. Age is an important factor, particularly for the older person. There should be a good bit of equality in the relationship, and often the age difference can create an inequality that can't be overcome. I think the big factor would be the stage of life of the younger one. Someone in their early 20's is tough to deal with as they haven't had much experience in dealing with real adult life in most instances. The older the couple are overall, the better the chances for success.

Im attracted to older women. You usually see this with venus being connected to anything that is involved with capricorn or saturn. I have Venus in the 10th (ruling house of capricorn and saturn) as well as venus opposite Saturn. I have Mars in the 7th in Aries which also makes me very attracted to a woman that is strong more mentally. So my ideal woman is someone who is fiery as well as mature and disciplined and shows self respect but my 7th house isnt ruled by aries its ruled by pisces so she might also have to have a compassionate sensitive alluring nature to her as well.. basically just the female version of me actaully not! I dont know how well that would play out.

Actually the original reasoning why I asked this question to start off with is that I was thinking of Brian Ferry, who notoriously and consistently goes for younger catches. What do you think his rising sign is? For some reason I can't see him as Sag AC. He's always struck me as looking like George Orwell (who has Leo AC, Sun in Cancer). I could Ferry having Leo (the hair) or Virgo rising (his famous anality).

He has virgo venus at 0.5 deg but his saturn is in Cancer 22 deg, mars in cancer at 10 deg.
