~ from a paper by Linda Rankin ~

The next planet in line from your natal Moon in a counter-clockwise direction (or anti-clockwise to me) shows your "path of inner destiny", "tuning into this future empowers you by adding consicous awareness of your greates fields of growth".

SUN
Your life path encompasses the lessons and values of leadership and will power.
Developing a healthy sense of indentity and inner faith will empower you to make the most of your life.

MERCURY
You will empower yourself by taking your gifts from the past and bringing them into the world through your communications, your ability to disseminate information and subsequently to teach. The world becomes a learning adventure.

VENUS
You seek to bring spiritual essence into the world through the heart.
Creating peace and harmony in your own environment is an important goal that subsequently reaches out into the world.

MARS
Your life path is learning how to fight for your beliefs, needs and dream.
You'll empower your life when you learn to focus, centre, and keep your goal reaching under control.

JUPITER
Your destiny is to support, nurture and bring into the world a sense of shared spirituality and beliefs.
When you apply your gifst to the ability to inspire and enlighten those around you and the world your sense of self will fall into place.

SATURN
Your growth and building needs to be done by its structured guidelines.
As the path to the future, Saturn gives clear messages on how to build. It empowers through teaching how to live and build in the real world keepin the reponsibilities we have to our world, ourselves, and our lives as focal points.

URANUS
Being open to the unexpected changes of missions, paths and purposes brings you consciously into an awareness of your role in the world. Your input changes ideals and enlightens beliefs.
Embracing the lightning that is an inherent part of life and making the most of what it deposits serves as an empowering way to greet the future.

NEPTUNE
As your life path this takes you beyond the structured and channelled elements of traditional wisdom and encourages you to find your own answers within.
You seek an elusive and compelling sense of the etheral, ofent first in the world before finding it within.

PLUTO
Your path is learning to trascend experiences. Learning to see the light and the dark that co-exists within life.
It liberates from ingrain fear patterns and restrictions. It brings extremes of passion, feeling, and experiences.

CHIRON
Your life path is about healing your essence and in turn moving out into the world to help heal the collective spirit.
Leraning to see the purpose and the meaning behind life issues and crisis allows you to tap into the awareness that there are no victims in life and we ahve the choice to grow, or crumble.

Mine's Mars. That description makes a lot of sense, and reinforcing Mars as showing my "path of inner destiny" is that it's conjunct my NN.

Uranus is 9 degrees away from my Moon, the more generous astrologers would count it as an applying conjunction. So no surprises that I am sensitive to the Karmic Moon description as written by Linda Rankin.

Not sure about "dazzling experiences", but I can say I have given up on having a life that ticks along without sudden jolts and dramatic events. Just got to ride it.

Someone pointed out 'blue moon' was very Uranian name. I picked it at random, so that just goes to show.

Glad you like them, I just wish the full piece was still available on the 'net. I can't find it!

Uranus is a tricksy one isn't it? I think it's tougher to deal with than Saturn in many respects.

As a youth it held more appeal, put it like that ~ transits, progressions and Solar Arcs with Uranus have all proved to be stinkers, and with events beyond any of my control.

Mrs Rankin thinks Saturn is a "wonderful" placement for Karmic Moon of the future, btw. Not quite so effusive with praise for Uranus.

Mine is Venus.

That means my Moon is surrounded by Venus and Jupiter, that doesn`t look too bad, does it?

You're sure about the counter/anti-clockwise, right? The reason I ask is that often in astrology people get those directions confused for some reason.

My Moon's at about 5:00, and if I move towards 4:00, the first planet is my Pluto conjunct Moon.

PLUTO
Your path is learning to transcend experiences. Learning to see the light and the dark that co-exists within life.
It liberates from ingrain fear patterns and restrictions. It brings extremes of passion, feeling, and experiences.

Me too Jane, Mars all the way, makes astounding sense..

Pretty funny, because my Mars in Pisces is always in the clouds, dreaming away.

Oh now I'm not sure if I did this right. Wouldn't counter-clockwise be something further along in the zodiac than our Moon? My Moon is at 22º Leo, and the next planet counter-clockwise is Mars at 7º Virgo. Right?

rainbowbody - My Mars is opposite yours, in Virgo. I need that, b/c I have Neptune conj my Sun, so without an earthy Mars I'd probably be very lazy physically. Virgo can be annoying though b/c I strategize and "perfect" a plan before acting, which can waste a lot of time. So Mars in Pisces and Virgo can both be inactive, but in different ways & for different reasons. Pisces dreams and Virgo strategizes.

It looks, like I'm the first with Jupiter.
Thank you very much, blue moon, for giving us this info.

If I go counter-clockwise (is that right?) it is Neptune for me. Big surprise there!

I'm Chiron too.

Thank you blue moon. I chime along and say that it was great of you to type this out.

added: wait, counter-clockwise... I was thinking of the 'past' one.

Well, that makes me... Venus. Not Chiron.

Does North Node counts.
If only planets count it is Mars otherwise it is North Node.
