I do not know if this topic has been discussed previously (if so let me know and if you have a link, post it please) but what aspects between a synastry chart would lead to one person being obsessed with another?

Maybe another's Pluto conjoining one's Venus - they feel something powerful, but the other person doesn't notice the affect. Or having a personal planet or Pluto (maybe?) in someone's 8th house.
