My mum and dad are sco / gem and they've been together 40 years  Good luck! Keep that mind of her's entertained (I'm a gem woman), if you can keep her thinking and interested then you'll win her!

But the irony is that this gem is sooo quiet and reserved and her answers are usually really short.. so how do i keep up with the conversation to get her to talk more?  IP: Logged |

we can be incredibly reserved and shy, contrary to what people might think.perhaps she is still sussing you out........ Ask her questions - about the things she is interested in until you find something you can click with. Or say 'you know, I was reading.........' and see if she picks up your thread.
