...Wow. I recognize a lot of this in myself. I tend to identify with the Venus part and reject the Uranus, though.

This aspect is somewhat confusing to me, however, because I also have Venus square Saturn (Saturn and Uranus is conjunct in my chart).

Thank you HD for this info. I identify with this as I have Venus square Uranus and the Venus is in the 11th House. I liked the idea of a house with 2 wings, and everything that was said here- that a need for space is not the same as being a commitment phobe. But how does one explain this to people?

I suppose only another Venus-Uranus person could understand.

Ven/Ura conj in Leo here.

Best description of this aspect I've ever read.
Thanks for posting Happy Dragon.

Thanks for this HD (I always want to put TV after your initials)!

This is a really interesting read. I identified quite a bit, as both Venus and Uranus are strong in my chart and under Pullen, Taurus and Aquarius are my top two signs, so it all rings a bell. (Or an alarm, maybe)?!

Thanks.

I have the opposition in my Natal. that rings true for me. especially the part about ones appearence.. I have a t-square between venus ascedant and uranus. I do like to keep a relationship eccentric. but at the same time I want structure and stability (venus opposed Saturn) after its secure then spontaniety can ensue provided it doesnt shake things up too much. both saturn and uranus are retrograde.

I don't have this aspect, but I have personally known quite a few people that have had it, and the part's about "appearances", and "perfection" seem to ring true to me.

Whether or not they are "owning" or "projecting" either one of these planets, they always have left me with an impression of "shallowness". As in I apparently don't fulfill their ideal of "perfection" at that time.

Sorry if that seems somewhat harsh and judgemental, but I have a LOT of Saturn in my chart

I have Venus conjunct Uranus, both at 2 degrees. They both sextile Mars in Scorpio also at 2 degrees.

My ascendant is in Taurus which makes Venus my chart ruler.

I feel very empty without a relationship. I need people to be passionate with but it has to be a very deep connection.

Thanks so much for this!

I have natal venus square uranus and have never been in a romantic relationship. I pull away from people who are interested in me and long for someone I can't have. So...I always end up alone.

I also like the idea of a house with two wings or maybe side-by-side houses. Have to say that this aspect makes me very unhappy as a 7th house sun, mars and pluto person with my natal venus in cancer in 5th house and natal uranus in libra in 8th house.

Thanks for posting all of this info!

I have Venus/Sun squaring my Uranus and sextiling my Saturn, so I'd have to say this has been some really great stuff. I have a huge problem with being too much of the Uranus person, wanting to pull away, and at the same time, my Saturn is also trying to avoid vulnerability and Uranus helps me get away with it by rationalizing it... Until Venus steps in and says "Hey, wait a second!" It's a really tough push and pull to go through. I'm working through it though, even now.

I wonder how it manifests when Venus/Uranus is also conjunct Neptune/Saturn
