You and I have some similar placements and I seem to be having a similar experience right now. I also have my Moon in Gemini and Libra rising. I'm a Pisces and the person I'm having this experience with is a Virgo sun/Pisces moon/Libra rising.

I completely agree with what WriteSomething, Peace Angel, & Gem have told you about Saturn and the North Node.

Your sun conjuncting both his Saturn and North Node will kind of bind you together "for better or worse" til you've helped him become the highest version of himself. I can't see what degree his Chiron is, but it looks as if his Chiron trines your Sun/his Saturn/his North Node. That basically means that this relationship will be healing for you as well.

You are very "connected" to this person in a lot of ways, so I can see why you can't stop thinking about him. (Again, I can't see what degrees his planets are, so some of these may be a wide orb, meaning too far from eachother by degree to be felt strongly, but let's take a look anyway !)

You have a conjunction of your Mars and his Moon in Scorpio, which trines a conjunction of your Moon and his Venus in Gemini. This also appears to trine his Vertex in Aqua. The Vertex has been referred to as "Destiny's Gate." These are pretty significant planets/points to be contacting eachother. Very emotional. Your Vertex opposes his Pluto.

I see your Moon is 29 Gem. What degree in Libra is his Pluto? Moon/Pluto connections make for never ending intensity, even if it is a wider orb.

You two have a bit of Pluto/Scorpio/8th house stuff going on which also accounts for obsessive feelings. Your Mars and Venus (the love planets) make contact to his moon in Scorpio, his Pluto is potentially trining your Moon, and his Chiron falls in your 8th and trines your Sun/his Saturn/his NN.

It looks like you've got some time to put into this one! It may move slower than you'd like.

To address your Saturn/Mars transiting question... These two transiting planets are conjunct and will be effecting mass thought/events/etc. Saturn is still at 5 degrees, so you have a while before it is in orb of your Sun...unless his Saturn/North Node are at a lesser degree. Just want to mention that when it comes to transits, I wouldn't change plans. Just become aware of the fact that there are energies that cause you to feel and react in certain ways. For example, with Mars transits, you may feel inclined to "bite back" or pick a fight. With the knowledge that it's a passing transit, know that holding your tongue may be the best option and that you'll most likely feel different about it later. Know what I mean?

Transiting Saturn conjunct your natal Sun

Curiously enough, there seems to be a part of me that finds it very natural that i should continue to see him. And i am not agitated at all or distressed at the idea. It feels like coming home.

I will see him on Tueday or Thursday next week. Hope no nasty transits come up till then.
