... it feels like you have been kicked up the crotch with a steel toe capped boot.

son #1

Moon in 8th
Venus in 2nd
Nodes in 5th (in Cancer!)

son #2

Moon in 10th
Venus in 9th
Nodes in 9th

Have you tried a Venus return? I'll have a look at mine when I get time to see what we come up with.

next year me andmy ex boyfriend will both have in our solar charts MOON CONJUNCT NORTH NODE it will take place on my first house and in his 10th house. Isnt that strange? What would moon conjunct morth node mean in a solar chart?

AND.. We both have a venus conjunct mars. I have it in my fifth and he has it in 12th. I find that very strange..
Venus and mars means problems with love apparently..

Ah, don't take that book too literally. It is good as a guide though.

Venus and Mars in a natal chart is a passionate combination and the 5th house is children, creativity and romance. So that could turn out to be very nice.

Moon Conjunct Nodes sounds like an important year.

Venus Capricorn 21 deg H9
+ sextile Moon, Mercury, Jupiter
+ conj natal Venus and Moon
Moon Scorpio 25 deg H6
+ conj Jupiter
+ sq Sun, Neptune
+ trine Mercury
+ opp Mars

Jupiter is the ruler of natal 5th and in solar return for that yr conj. Moon. And a couple of angle conjunctions: Mars to the ASC and Neptune to the MC.

Hope am doing this right, never erected a solar return. Just picked solar return and entered birth day and month for me and yr she was born = astro.com

But I live in a different city than where I was born - does that change anything?

edit:

used new reference place for current location and venus is still H9, moon has moved to H7. no more angle conjunctions.

Hey Belgz!

You could also use asteroid Child 4580. The placement and aspects in natals seem to be important.
I know you've been told you might not have children. I received the same news recently. I have Child opposite Saturn. I know you have Lilith in the 5th; I have it in my 1st.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! I understand how you must be feeling. I've been devastated ever since I found out, so depressed... You know, I didn't relate to you much in your early days on LL, but I do now. Not just because of the infertility issue, but in general. I think I have misjudged you and I am sorry for that. You're pretty cool, Belgz, and I'm sure you'd be a good Mom.
Don't lose hope of having children, no matter what!

Having poured over all the possible indicators of whether or not I will ever have kids (I had my eldest after several unexplained miscarriages), my advice, for what's it's worth, is not to take traditional astrology as the answer written in stone.

Wise spoken, BM!

Nothing is really carved in stone. At least that's what my Uranian side rebels against .

I have had many miscarriages. I personally have decided to not focus on children for a while it took up many years and loads of stress. I figure eventually I'll try to figure out what will work. but for now I'm okay with my life as it is.

I have Child in Virgo conjunct Jupiter and my Midheaven. My 5th house has Aries on the cusp and is empty. Mars is also in Virgo conjunct Saturn.

My friend's partner got up the duff again! Yes i know, the selfish cow. Just as he was about to get the balls to kick her out too. Shame. Instead of listening to me and getting his life back (as his other 2 children are nearing adulthood) he's just let himself get tricked into another 18 years paying the gold-digging prostitute maintenance (for the child etc). Very foolhardy. If he'd have had my backbone that woman would be on the street asking for spare change right now, not bringing up another unwanted child because she saw her chance to grab a meal-ticket.
I would not be taking this lightly. In fact i'm not taking it lightly and it's not even really any of my business. Unfortunately my friend has Mars and Moon in Cancer which obviously makes him very weak and indecisive. While that Moon sign is lovely the combination of having Mars there too means he's a bit of a limp lettuce leaf. It has cost him dear. And she's just got herself 18 years sat on her fat ass.
I would like to know the planetary positions at pivotal times that this particular fiasco coincides with.
Words fail me.

He's not that limp, evidently.

Maybe he is secretly happy but doesn't dare tell you in case you start off on one.

MCM - in the silent word's of the Virgin Mary... "come again?"

quote:
Mars and Moon in Cancer which obviously makes him very weak and indecisive

Which part makes him weak? Mars in Cancer, Moon in Cancer or the combination or both that makes people weak and indecisive and why?

I know you answered that but a bit... is this a general perception or yours?

Just learning...

Well, your joke wasn't great, that's true.

Even if you are being serious, your comments could be seen as offensive in the context of the thread.

Please remember the house rules.

Wow, MCM, that was really offensive. It's really disheartening that men think women get pregnant (like it's even EASY to do so) just to trap a guy. Completely ridiculous. Getting pregnant is not a walk in the park and it's even downright dangerous sometimes. And that kind of thinking is why women have a hard time economically when men knock them up and LEAVE THEM.

Moon in Cancer and Mars wouldn't make a person weak. Cancer is a Cardinal sign, after all.

*Sigh*
All i'm saying is if i was him i'd have put the lazy scrounging tart straight way before this fiasco ever happened. And that one can attribute his slow-to-act ways and 'head-in-the-sand' approach to natal planetary positions. How's that offensive?
Are you saying it's right that a child should be brought into a dysfunctional family that is ill-preapred for his / her arrival, and likely to exacerbate the continuence of the 'cold-war' that exists in that home?
I take offence to that. I'd like an apology from someone; preferably a moderator please.
