Well, if Aries is on his ASC, then Mars would be ruler of his ASC (only planets can be ruler), because it is the natural ruler of Aries.

I`m wondering about this one. what does it mean? In some way it could mean that both people are resonating with each other, as Transits will influence the same hosues for example.
Also, if he has Sun in his own 3rd house, his Sun will also fall into your 3rd house, I guess, this will make for some kind of understanding; if the aspects are too smooth, it can get boring though, I fear.

Definitely a challenging, exciting exchange. Sometimes difficult. To see if there might be the risk of being incompatible (it could be with the square), look if you`Re ASC have some affinities, which they have as they both are in Aries. This will give you some common ground, so that the clashes might even be very stimulating.

you`re looking at too much with one bite.
Just look at the most personal aspects first.

1. In the Draco`s, list all conjunctions, oppositions (and if you want antiscia conjunctions) between personal planets first.

Example:
His Draco Sun / Moon / MC conjunct my Draco IC.

On the other side of the zodiac (opposing all of this) is his Venus, his Draco IC and my DRaco Pluto and Draco MC.

So we have the synastric connections of:
His Dr Sun / my Dr IC
His DR Moon / My DR IC
his DR MC / my Dr IC
his Venus / my DR MC
his Venus / my DR Pluto
his DR IC / my DR MC
his DR IC / my DR Pluto
his DR Sun / my DR Pluto
his DR Moon / my DR Pluto

This is the basis of this aspect-cluster.

2. Now, see if there are any asteroids conjunct / or opposed it. I`d stick to the main asteroids first, but it`s your choice really. Personally I`d look at Karma, Destinn, Eros, Psyche, Isis, Osiris, Valentine, Kaali and Siva and of course of course Juno and Chiron (how could I forget them? ).

In my case his tropical Juno is conjunct his Draco Sun and Moon and MC and my Draco IC, opposing his natal Venus and my Draco Pluto and Draco MC.
Also, on the other side, his tropical Venus is conjunct his tropical Siva exactly so his Siva is also conjunct my Draco Pluto and Draco MC.
Now, I remember that my Anubis is there, too (Haven`t gone into THAT one yet - besides Anubis is an Egyptian asteroid, Siva an Indian one, and I wouldn`t mix those up).

So additionally we have:

his Juno / my DR IC
his Juno / my DR Pluto
his Siva / my Dr MC
his Siva / my DR Pluto
(his Venus / DR IC and my Anubis)

3. I would look at the houses this opposition falls into.

His Draco Sun and Draco Moon and tropical Juno fall into my natal 8th house, while at the same time they occupy the exact place of my 4th house cusp. Of course his tropical Venus and Siva would fall into my tropical 2nd house and Draco 10th house then.

For him, my Draco Pluto and Draco MC (and tropical Anubis) fall into his tropical 11th house, but are also conjunct the cusp of his Draco 4th house.
Of course it means, that my Draco IC falls into his natal 5th house and Draco 10th hosue.

4. Now after having seen the real tight connections, I can`t help but notice that my tropical Eros, Pan and Vertex are only 3° from his Draco Sun and Draco MC and only 5° from his Draco Moon. While I wouldn`t count the conjunction to his Draco Moon, his Draco Sun might pull those in due to the close Sun-Moon-conjunction he has natally.
Also my Destinn conjuncts his Draco Sun and Moon, too.

So another addition:

his Dr Sun / my Eros, Vertex and Destinn
his DR Moon / my Eros, VErtex and Destinn
his DR MC / my Eros, VErtex and Destinn
his Venus / my Destinn (and widely my Eros and Vertex, but probably too wide)

5. As nice as those asteroid-involvements are, I think the backbone is the aspect between Sun, Moon, IC, Venus and Pluto. THAT sets the stage, so to speak.
