Just researching on the rising signs. Taurus rising to me would have a tendancy to put on weight easily and also have a taste for good clothes and designer brands. If anybody else had rearch on above, it would be great.
Would love to know how Leo rising and Aquarius rising would look and again what type of clothing they would wear, i.e. designer etc. Would people with Taurus rising like designer handbags.

Personally, I don't think people really look like their rising signs. I think it's genetics. Besides, I've never met anyone who looked like theirs.

I am taurus rising and I don't have a tendency to gain weight. Just the opposite, really.

I don't have dark hair (I do dye it darker). I just don't look like it at all.

I do fit the personality description of it. I have to have high quality clothes and possessions. Smell and touch are very important to me. I love food. I am very stubborn and I am a home-oriented person.

I know a few aquarius rising people. They don't have any physical traits in common. They do have non-physical traits in common. They are both into new age stuff, a bit unconventional - but not too much, and when you really get to know them they are nothing like they appear to be on the outside. They also like designer and high quality clothing.

Im a Scorpio rising and I wear mostly dark colors but some designs/bright colors. i like simple casual yet cute/feminine (not GIRLY!..flowers and butterflies..yuck!)

I'm Gemini rising and I love designer handbags and designer things in general. I have no Taurus or 2nd house placements.

Though I have a Libra moon (2nd house ruler) in the 5th (Leo house).

Speaking of which, NY Fashion Week starts on Friday HELL YEAH.

I'm leo rising and love to wear black and white outfits, red is the only bright color i wear, animal prints [mostly zebra or leopard] and sequins, beading - but in a subtle way. not in for designer prices, but i like the luxe look. at home, much more sporty. most of my clothes are on the more fitted side.

I am taurus rising and shop at thrift stores and goodwill......
I can put weight on easy and excercise every day to keep from it.

I have a definate "unique" style.

Scorpio Sun, Libra Moon, Leo Asc here.

I have blonde hair and green eyes, both of which I've read are typical of Leo Asc's.

Scorpio Suns are said to often have a "frosty" aspect about their hair, and mine certainly does.

I prefer clothes that are comfortable. I HATE synthetic fibers, and usually prefer only various cottons. I like subtle earth tones (grays, blacks, tans, browns, softer greens like olives, etc.), if I ever wear a blue or red shade, its dark.

True to my Scorpio-male Sun sign, I don't really care much about what people think of me and so I generally neglect my appearance. My manner of dressing is usually non-descript, bland really, and I probably could use a woman's help (if I may stereotype here).

I think I clean up quite nicely for formal affairs, but on a day-to-day basis, it's all about comfort for me.

lara..hair and eye color are not typical to any sign , that has way more to do with genetics. i am naturally blond hair and blue eyed...but everyone guesses i fit the "scorpio" ASC description because i dye my hair dark brown :P

Yes hair colour and eye colour I guess is a genetic thing. Sometimes it can be astro though.

I never wear synthetics either because I have eczema. Mr Sco Web - I expect a greater effort on your part, the leo team expect more as well

I've never made much effort to be desired, but I think it has become worse since I became single back in december. I really need to get my act together, but I've been sick of relationships lately. I'm drawing in women I have no interest in, and I can't seem to win over the women I'm attracted to. As a result of my losing streak, lately I've really just stopped giving a sh*t. Sco Web - yes, it does sound you need time alone. Unfortunately being a sco will attract a lot of people (for intimacy) and if you are feeling down on yourself, you will attract those that are down on themselves. Good luck, I hope you are able to recuperate effectively.
