Do conjunctions or opposites mean anything important? Or is it more relevant in the houses it falls in?

Do you know anything about when one persons Imum Coeli e.g in Sagiatarius conjunction, with the other persons moon?

And their Chiron,midheavan and vertex in gemeni in conjunction with the other persons mars, which also trines their venus and mercury!

The IC is the cusp of the 4th house, so when you interpret the Moon conjunct the IC, you can read it as the person's Moon being in the other's 4th house only it will be a lot stronger and immediately felt because of it sitting on an angle. You can do the same thing for Mars conjunct the MC. It's the same interpretation as the Mars in the person's 10th house, but only stronger and immediately felt.

Me as the moon person conjuncts his IC.

My vertex trines his mars.

His vertex is conjunct my mars...so maybe he likes me too!
