Haha, wow this topic totally took off . I have to agree with the 5th house stuff!! My fifth house cusp is in aries and I have the mars venus conjunction and wrote this because I've always wondered why I do feel so horny all the time, hahaha, even after I've just...well you get the picture.
I think the 5th house matters a lot and venus and mars, I also agree venus pluto is often looking for a connection before sex, as opposed to venus and mars, and that is why I said they are not as overtly sexual because the connection usually must come first. Also, unevolved venus pluto aspects when expressed in a negative way I have found can be really power driven and about control.

I have to disagree that Eros does not matter, but I only say this because my personal experience is people with the conjunctions of Sun and Eros or Venus and Eros were really sex obsessed! So it is only based on people I know
