My Uncle is still like it in his 60s. He especially loves winding my mother up, though he should know it isn't a good idea to prod the lioness. He is a Sag.

I don't really think Scorpios are WUMs. I was playing devil's advocate. On the whole the Scorpionic placements don't like teasing much, which can be a problem for us Geminis.

I can definitely see Cancers doing this if he or she is trying to push someone else's buttons. And since I can see a Cancer doing that, a Capricorn probably would as well.

This seems more like a Cardinal's arena. In order to progress with the project a Cardinal sign has initiated, the Cardinal may want to play devil's advocate in order to suss out whether or not she or he is being practical.
