Saturn is in Virgo in my 7th house, conjunct Aphrodite and square my Venus.

I'm thinking something along the lines of either not being able to follow my heart because of class differences perhaps, or being forced to marry for status.

Either way, Saturn Venus square in this life also echoes that in a hesitancy to get involved, or making bad choices in love (falling for emotional abusers).
