i now have the synastry chart up and running. it would really help me out if you shot out a few specific questions to help get my mind going . i have some questions for you too, but i need add some skeletal structure from you to help put things into more perspective.

now, you and i almost have the same chart somehow, i got you as a taurus rising before, but when i re-added you yesterday, it came out as cancer, so a crabcake you are now for what i know. hehe.

as for the communication part, in the composite chart (a combination of both charts using midpoints), there is a grand fire trine with mercury, but mercury is also opposite pluto in the 5th house of romance and relationships. do you two play mind games with each other? or exchange abusive language when you two argue? pisces venus and aries mars make painful squares to the gemini moon (which sits at the last degree at 29). with a gemini moon, there is apt to be plenty of communication, yet it will tend to come across as unloving or insensitive against venus pisces and mars aries. in this case, the moon conjunct jupiter will make every argument appear like a "big deal." it's important to think about how your energies are expended, and if they are for worthwhile causes. jupiter squares make most things appear bigger than life, and there are certainly those in this composite chart. it is worth noting that the north node is in libra in the 5th house at 5 degrees and mars aries sits directly opposite it at 7 degrees (conjunct 5 degrees aries south node). in whatever relationships you both had had in past lives, it is highly probabable that there had been violence or emotional abuse, since the south node also squares the moon.

the ruler of the north node sign is Venus, and it sits in the exalted sign of Pisces.
Venus squares the moon and jupiter conjunction. and because the north node sits in the 5th house, it makes for triple play that you two are to learn how to LOVE each other in a LOVING way. real, unprejudiced, compassionate love---the way venus in pisces loves, and being fair, judicial, and balanced as a "WE" entity, the way libra loves. it will not be easy, but nothing worthwhile is easily achieved.

communication will not be easy, because it's not only about just opening your mouths to talk, but also conveying your emotion and love. in the synastry, your venus squares his neptune, which is a possible indication, according to linda, of suspicions of infidelity, and some underlying distrust. his chiron trines your saturn, so this is a strong indicator that IF you want to remain together, healing energy is available IF you both decide to move forward. his mercury conjuncts your chiron, so i suspect that many wounds are going to be communicated, which is a good thing if stated lovingly. when auriel comes out with her book, we'll learn more about the powers of chiron.

as with the composite, the synastry also shows opposition aspects with pluto---venus and mars. so, their effects of painful transformation will also be felt, but depending on how you two handle it, you could fly up like beautiful eagles.

thanks for the feedback. i don't know a lot astrology wise in regards to retrieving past life information from a natal chart or synastry. astrology charts show a summary of the soul's evolution. there are other various practices you can research into to see if they are for you.

seeing that i've already written out your friend's perspective on commitment, perhaps you may want to consider for yourself (and your best, your higher-self) if this is what you truly want for you. look deep, and i'm certain you'll find your answer.

as for past lives, some examples that you could do on your own are dream research, meditation, working on your third eye, and listening to your innerself. lastly, consultations with professionals may help.
