i just looked at your chart, and we have similar things going on

though, naturally we do have our differences. nonetheless, you are the closest match to my chart that i've compared

you're more earthy than i am---because of your taurus rising, and your virgo moon conjunct saturn. and perhaps more fiesty because of your sun opposite pluto . . . but i would imagine we're similar because i am cancer rising and capricorn moon.

what do you think (if you are versed in astrology, if not . . . that's okay).

I can't tell you if you should be together or not, that's up to the two of you. I can only counsel you on how to give your relationship tlc, to make it stronger and better. The two of you have some really sweet aspects drawing you together. Sun conjunct Venus is one of the most loving, and you two share it. You also have Moon trine Chiron, giving you a deep, emotional bond. There's a lot of sexual chemistry there, too. The place I see challenges is the communication on a deep level. You give each other mixed signals as to what you really want. You need to work on this and maybe talk about it openly. The transits show challenges with your love life (and money) right now, but not in his. They're actually helping him, so he's wanting to make it work. Maybe you should ride out the transits and let them pass, and THEN talk. Heck, it may not bother you so much after the transits pass. If you can handle the challenging transit, use the energy to create a closer bond. You don't have to let harsh energy beat you up. It's your choice to use it for what you want. I really need his time of birth to SEE more.

I'd be curious to hear what your boyfriend has to say about astrology. You are a little open to me, but not completely. I opened your chart again today, and I can still feel reticence. Being intrigued with something and knowing with your whole being that it can help are very different. You should read and study astrology a little more, and it'll help YOU and also your relationship. You have Venus oppose your Moon/Saturn conjunction in your natal chart, which has a major impact on your relationships. Maybe Sue or Aphrodite can explain that to you. It's too much typing for me right now. It's an aspect you need to learn and understand about you, if you want a healthy, happy relationship.

As for traveling together in other lives--it means that the two of you knew each other in other lives. Do you believe in reincarnation? It refers to that.

how to describe? hmm. what to say to make tashy say, OK. well, i'll tell you a story, and you tell me if it makes sense? okay?

think of child skipping rope at the playground with friends. two kids at the ends, and one in the middle jumping over the swinging rope. there is a teacher nearby keeping eye. another child sits nearby, watching the other children skip and play, and asks the teacher how they do they do it?

the teachers explains away, one must hop, rest, hop, rest all at the tempo of the rope swingers. if that is so, why do they fall sometimes?, asks the child. well, it's because of (reason), and all they can do is try and try again, may be with the same friends, may be with different shoes, or may be change the way she is hopping.

how do you know all of this teacher?, asks the child. because i wanted to learn, and sometimes i skipped rope too. that's eventually how i knew, i skipped. sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. but as much as i learned from watching and looking, the experience of knowing does not compare to actually skipping.

we all play roles in life. different roles, different scenes. and when a scene doesn't go right, we have to learn it again and again.

astrology is a tool to help learn about those roles, scenes, directors, and actors. sometimes one has to be in the scene, may be even as far as the actor, to know. and sometimes, someone can be an audience member, and simply know. everyone has different needs, and different styles.

in the last instance, you know what is best for you in learning what you need to have, sometimes one just has to dig a little deeper and listen to a feeling that has no sound.

Tash, I'm not surprised to hear you give so much to that relationship, even to the point it appears to others you give more....it's part of that Venus oppose Moon/Saturn conjunction. The Moon/Saturn conjunction makes you really serious about things sometimes, and you can take on a rather heavy emotional load....and when it opposes Venus, you may have some issues with self worth, and try to find it in relationships....but at the same time, question it and wonder if you're good enough to have it or deserve it.... You may want to think about that a bit....
