I have a younger lover and I was wondering if age has any bearing on it.

Me:5/25/54 Cincinnati, Ohio
Him:12/14/78 Kansas City, MO.

Any insight on this would greatly be appreciated! Thanks, Bktwist

Hi!

Sorry just thought that my reply might have seemed a little peculiar but if you read 'remember that?' maybe you'll understand why I'm a little weird .By the way it would help if you give the hour of birth as well ....for ascendants and house placements and such.

Unfortunately I don't know the birth time for either one of us....*sigh. And now I will go read the "Remember that" thingy.....if I can find it. I am new here and have no idea where to look...giggle....bktwist

Hey brunnhilde, I found the "remember that" Alas I am tired and don't feel like reading 4 pages....but....I take it you are seeing a younger man?? Does it bother you? Me and My college boy toy have no commitment. I am really just interested as to why such an attraction between us. There is such powerful passion that I am in awe. Is this called "animal attraction"?? Whatever it is, it is better than all 48 years of my life. I want to find out if it is the age factor, the age factor and the stars combined or what. I want to find someone my age that I can have THAT attraction with. Hmmm, is that possible WITH a man my age?? Bktwist

Hi!

Nope not anything like you....I'm severely attached by 24 years of marriage.... so no tango for me.But I sure would like to dance.... because I can feel the music every time I see the guy or talk to him!!
I'm thinking of having my hormones surgically removed.Or moving... whichever is the most efficent.
Not knowing the time of birth, unfortunately will hinder any real reading of your charts.I also wanted to know why I'm getting this attraction with him...I know a lot of men my age, nice, handsome guys...nada!Nothing...then bang right between the eyes where you least expect it.Fun ain't it??You'd think Mother Nature would be on my side ...no!... she has a sense of humour!!

So I avoid whenever possible and keep my hands occupied whenever in reaching distance!I'm a very touchy -cuddly person with those I love...a dead give-away..which is what clued me to the danger...had to restrain myself from touching him.And I enjoyed talking to him way too much! etc.etc. You know I went through puberty..did not need a refresher course!!!Puberty to what?senility?

If anyone reading this remembers my 'problem' does the fact that his time ofbirth is 7p.m.instead of 1:55p.m.(seems that's his brother) makes him less attractive to me?
Are there transits hitting anything that will ease up soon and give me some peace?

Oh and people on this board are very nice...I didn't get any 'yurks'.Although the sex slave thing did not help ease the wondering!

Thanks for your reply. Nah.....don't get your hormones removed. I think it is normal. Well, at times I DON'T think they are normal. But I DO believe it is better to be able to feel them than to never feel them at all. I am not married so I can touch. Sorry you can't. Also, the attraction is the fact that a younger man being attracted to you is VERY stimulating. Plus, they seem to have much more stamina and passion.I am glad I was able to go through this experience with him. It will last one more year. He has been offered a P.H.D. in Brazille and I doubt I will ever get to see him again except in my dreams. So sad.....we are explosive together.....I have been with other younger men, but he is different and takes the cake. ~bktwist~

Hi bktwist and brunnhilde

Hope you don't mind me jumping in here. I'm 48 and been in a relationsip with a younger man (10 years) for the last 12 months.

Coincidentally, he is also a Sag. Many years ago Many years ago I was in a relationship with a Sag. who was 4 years younger and 2 years ago another Sag! - 7 years younger.

In between I had a brilliant marriage for 18 years (hubby died 5 years ago). Considering I have not been in many relationships, there seems to be a lot of coincidence - three Sag. men all younger!

Incidentally my late husband was 2 years older.

Do you think it is a Sag. man thing to go for older women?

Well, I don't think it is just the sag man...at least for me....I have had quite a few younger men that were great. But this Sag was the best....so I dunno....bktwist

*sigh**shrug*
I guess it's the guilt thing with the marriage and all that is stopping me as seeing it as a 'harmless' attraction...I suppose.I wonder if my chart has any indication of cheating?
Well at least I have taste..have to admit taht if I had no attachements and no fear of embarrassing my kids...I'd definitely see if it was mutual...
THanks for the input( and I am smiling as I write this!) though I thought I was a bit ...silly and that it wasn"'t a possible thing. Now on top of still thinking I'm a bit nuts... I get to think that some women are enjoying the experience of an interested younger man!!!and not being disappointed on top of that...of course you are both single adn aren't freaked by the thought that you would if you could!!!!!What does that say about my relation ship with my husband????

I know I ramble on...sorry!Not a subject I can discuss with my close ones!!Mus t be an off-moon or something!!(Oh and my problem is a Virgo)

This is HELPING!!!!!??????

I'm laughing here and shaking my head.COuldn't you tell me ...oh I don'T know...his Pluto is opposite his Saturn at the moment and he is fatally attracted to older women???He's looking for a mother??from another Life?...he's a big flirt...confused...gay?? a bigamist?A clean freak (but then he's a Virgo and I've been in his house ...I'm a fish....please!!I was afraid of breathing so as not to get germs in there!!!I didn't let him in my house ...he would have had a heart attack !!)
He's too gorgeous... therefore extra maintenance (already have one of those adn been there, still doing it and would not want to do it again!!!)

It was easier when I thought he was a kid but as I got to know him ...he isn't ...he is a very nice man...ALena would you be to a desperate woman and give me what's in our charts that makes it so ....bad for me to get to know him better???And yes I can't not eat the whole box of chocolates!!!

I would so much appreciate it...that's all I'm going to get...the charts and the possible links they have. It's okay! not too pathetic!! I have one hell of an imagination.!!!thanks if you have the time!

Ok, so now I know that there is no bearing on the age factor. Can anyone tell me about this relationship without the birth times?? I would like some sort of clue as to why the attraction. ~bktwist~

Oh, I wanted to add that I have always been attracted to younger men and they to me. Didn't matter what what "sign" they were because there were a wide variety. I also have NEVER dated anyone older than myself. ~bktwist~

bktwist, I don't see much in your synastry except a Venus (yours) opposite Mars (his) to produce such an attraction. It may have to do with the planets falling into houses. We also cannot see what aspects the moon makes without a birthtime and that could also have a bearing on it as well as angles.

Ok Brunnhilde, I am not the best one to ask about synastry. There are many others on this forum who are very good...Auriel, Aphrodite and Bissie. Maybe one of them can look at it for you also.....the glue I was referring to is the Saturn/Sun aspects you have. His Saturn square your Sun, your Saturn trine his. The square is binding for better or worse. I've read that it's very karmic. That's why I said run away. LOL The attraction aspects I was speaking of were your Mars and Moon trine his Uranus, your Venus opposing his Uranus. His Venus also falls into your 8th house, trines your Sun and squares your Venus. I'm also seeing this could be a stormy relationship as well, with power struggles. Remember to be honest with your family........ I'll have to continue this tomorrow.............It's getting late here.........

Thank you very much!!!

I appreciate the insight and don't worry Alena I kid a lot on this board but that's the only place I can laugh about it.Otherwise I just rationalize it to death and put things in perspective.
I think my husband is aware of my weakness but is not concerned...if a problem is not acknowledged tahn there is no problem...it will pass!Tough discussing things with someone who does not recognize there is a problem!!or that it has any relevance.

(I think I might be just alittle bit tired!!)

You'd think a woman who has been married to a man for 23 years would be conscious of the reality of a relationship and not fall into THAT again....and that's enough lamenting for today!!!I don't know what is transiting my what but I hope it moves on.

I'm also participating in the free-astrology course here so I can figure out why some aspects rule out or dominate over others....I get confused over the importance of what compared to another what.

You are all lovely people and thank you for your answers.Sex slave and karmic----body and soul???I'll just sigh ...avoid him when I can and when I can't.... try not to enjoy talking to him too much while keeping my hands occupied!!!!I'll just apprciate the view.
