I really appreciate the reading and have already put it into my journal. (It is where I keep track of dreams, astro insights and my own readings).

The reading is very significant - I feel- especially with the high number of Major Arcana cards drawn. The Eight of Wands is also signficant because it is the signficator card for my relationship with the Leo...LOL.. how funny.

Again thank you for the reading. I am going spend sometime meditating on it and planning my course.

1. YOU-KING OF SWORDS- You need to use your intellect to get your way. Your schooling and knowledge of philosophy are important, but so are your idle thoughts and daydreams. You can also solve problems by using history, rules, laws and diplomacy.
That's funny that you should get that; I don't know if it's for me or for me and Jason, but in earlier readings that a friend at work had given us, I came-up as the Queen of Swords, he as the King (I actually *usually* come-up as the Queen of Swords).

2.WHAT SURROUNDS YOU-SIX OF WANDS- You are surrounded by conditions favouring victory ( I could have told you that!!!!) Always good news Your victory is real but it will last longer if you really want what you have strived for. Share your success with your supporters and position yourself for the next challenge. ( Giving birth, short term, motherhood and all it entails long-term)
As I said, always good news...just gotta keep my eye on what's *really* important, no?

3. WHAT BLOCKS YOU-EIGHT OF WANDS- Communication problems block progress. Pay close attention. Revealing too much or too little is as bad as revealing it too soon or too late. Failure to make intentions, romantic and otherwise, perfectly clear, wastes time. Make sure signals do not get crossed.
I suppose that that's the potential pitfal of almost any relationship; and if we don't talk, problems do arise. Usually, though, we don't argue...as Jase said, "We just have intense discussions followed by hugging and weeping." As long as we keep that up, no worries methinks.

Thank you very much. This reading reflects accurately what is going on in my present life. Ideas, lack of inspiration, power, protecting assets, new love, new gambles, enjoying my career, strength, and building security are all spot on.

My goal is the possibility of being free and natural abundance.

All these things communicated what I need to focus on. Especially the lack of inspiration part. It's been this way for a while. I've been told I need to generate the possibilities of having fun! That is where comes in.

But, the ex is alot more insistant and actively pursuing spending time together so...he makes me feel rather pressured. I tend to spend more time with him because he's so much more persistant and eager.

We also have a Virgo dude...God, are they not notorious for taking their own sweet time. For some reason, a thousands years to us is a blink of eye for a Virgo. What is that about? I used to just spaz with my ex at times (we laughed about it eventually) but he took soooooooooooooooooooooooo loooooooooooooooooooooooong to make a decision, even it it was as simple as buying at TV. Then 50% of the time whatever he bought, would break. He called it his 50% rule. Me, well, it would take me seconds and most of the time it was a good buy. LOL....

I think the distance thing can be managed, but it is the intimacy thing that throws red flags in my eyes - having already dealt with that in my own life. Then again, maybe it allows you to keep your options open.

No, you're not giving unsolicited advice. I'm open to anything anybody wants to add here. I'm giving it up to the heavens now, because I'm at my wits end. I'm hoping some insightful and caring know-flakes will be interested enough in my little world to offer their spin on it.

I just can't hold on forever and wait for the other one to be more 'available'. I get too lonely. But he has no idea. I stopped complaining long ago because it seemed to be doing more damage than good, and well...because the ex has been filling the void, so to speak. (that sounded kind of dirty didn't it? Didn't mean it that way. Not on purpose, anyway LOL)

But it's not anyone's fault. His hands are tied in terms of where he lives. PLUS, he refuses to live in the city again. He grew up in the city, and prefers the country life hands down. He has an RV and 2 trucks...he needs plenty-o-parking space. PLUS, he has a huge dog, and it's just cruel to keep a large dog cooped up in the city, much less in a house all day. His dog is his baby. He won't spend the night at my house because of his dog. He has to let him out to pee at night and in the morning, and it's too cold to let him just stay out all night. Even when it isn't cold, he doesn't like to leave his dog alone all night outside. He worries about coyotes getting him, and also that his dog will feel abandoned and unloved. He's really concerned about his dog. I find that endearing, but also frustrating. I'm suppose to just understand, and wait until the opportunity to see him is "ideal". Which may mean 2 weeks without seeing him, or 3 weeks of no intimacy. But if I make a big issue out of it, well that would be selfish. So, it's a no-win situation. It's a Saturn oppose Venus relationship.

Although, sometimes it seems like any little reason is a good enough reason for him to not want to drive into the city to see me.

"The roads are a bit slick"
"I have a ton of laundry"

It's like seeing me is just something he does when he's got absolutely nothing else to do. Like it's too much work or something. Maybe it is. Maybe it's not meant to be.
