SO I've been reading that twin souls and soul mates are different. Are astral twins twin souls? Can twin souls be a member of your family? Friends? Are lovers twin souls or soul mates? I have a friend who is so close to her mother, that if the mother falls sick, my friend falls ill as well. Last week, my friend developed a severe pain in her hip that wouldn't go away. She decided to call her mom about it and found that her mom had slipped in the bathroom and broken her hip!

I'm writing all this because I am still confused between the idea of twin souls and soul mates. Do we learn different lessons from them? What lessons do we learn from twin souls?
