Ummmm, if you like her, is she aware of your interests? I ask this because you are a Scorp, and sometimes they are very secretive, and won't share their feelings..........remember snooze- ya may loose.

I'm not as secretive as the average scorp.
On the contrary,
I usually have a guilty suspicion that I haven't said enough.
I'm more like a Sag in that respect, I think.
(I have Merc/Mars and Neptune in Sag;
Jupiter near the descendent in Leo;
and Pluto at the begining of the 9th house;
my Sun is optimistically progressing through Sag even as we speak).
Allow me to reprint, for you, my first humiliating attempt at establishing communication:

I think this one's a lost cause.
I've had enough of "chilly" women.
It would be nice to meet a warm-blooded girl... is there a spell for that?

I would think with mars and moon in Taurus you would be very detached, but that Aries rising is full of passion. Good for you! we need more passion in the world.

Heart-Have you told this woman she can trust you? Love and trust are not the same for her as with you, Earth women need to feel stable more than anything and if you knock her off balance she will distrust you and feel hurt.

She has to feel she is your friend,
Have you sent her any cards, letters, or gifts? Noticed her favorite magazine, sent her an article by email, anything to notice her interests?

Do you call her by Wednesday night for a date on Friday night? If you don't call her early she will feel taken for granted, but she doesn't want to be left alone either.

Scorpio men are not big on small gifts, but they are important to earth suns or earth venus.

She doesn't want to be fun, she wants you take her seriously as a person,

Your email made it sound like she was being too shy-it was critical of her behavior, and Caps are very sensitive to criticism
Notice how sensitive I was to it? and I'm a Taurus, and not half as sensitive as a Cap.
I would rewrite that email, as less self assured, and talk about how you flat out need her. Caps have high standards-have to be told they are special over and over again.

She will appreciate that.

Don't use metaphors, be direct, flatter her and tell her how great she is and how you feel when you are with her.

Remember it's not who you're with, it's how you feel when you are with her
tell her about it, and let her know she will feel great being around you too.

That's my advice, but then I am a Taurus,
