There have been several questions about how to do Synasty chart readings in these forums. Below is the method that I use, hoefully it will be useful to those of you wanting to do this type of chart.
Relationship Synasty reading between partners
The House location of each other’s Ascendant in the other’s chart indicates the influence that you each will have on the other’s self-expression within the relationship.

Aspects (+/- 1 degree):
The influences of the one partner’s Sun house location in the other partner’s chart indicates the means by which the Sun person’s will power and creative self expression will affect the other partner. Favorable or harmonious arrangements enable the sun person to spur the other towards increased self-confidence and greater determination in the achievement of their goals and objectives.
His or Her Sun in your ___ House –
Aspects (+/- 1 degree):
The Moon location of one partner in the other partner’s house indicates the manner of which the Moon person’s automatic habits responses, conditioning, family background, and cultural heritage will affect the relationship. Harmonious arrangements will help the two involved to understand the others behavior on an emotional level. The affairs ruled by the house the person’s moon falls in will indicate the source of possible emotional confrontations, and how the families of one or both will influence the relationship.
