However there is this one Libra male that I have known for a long time, but it feels like I have only known him for a little while. I cant explain it, he is so mysterious and so hard to figure out!

what ive noticed, ive had 3 libras very close to me, live with me for between 10-15 years each, they can become mysterious when they're in a bad mood, hiding something from you, are cautious because of a bad experience, or are guilty because of their mistakes. Thats the only time that the three libra men around me--my uncle, my brother and my brother-in-law, were not their gregarious selves, or actually came off with the silent, elusive kind of demeanor.

Well anyhow maybe he has another strong influence and its not a Libra sun thing?

Now with him I know his birthday is September 26th 1978. However I do not know a time of birth and dont feel comfortable asking him. But I was able to find that he has a cancer moon and he said he has a scorpio rising.

anyhow not to scare you off,

i think a Libra would be great for you, would regulate those intense emotions of yours, you have a pretty intensely emotional sun/moon combination there, how do you deal with it, how does it make you feel?

If he has a Cancer moon, you two would be very comfortable on an emotional level, he has the same sun/moon square as you do probably, which would make you relate better than average to the appearance vs. reality of the situation. Its alright if you dont know the rest of his info, the sun/moon/rising in themselves carry tons of information, followed by venus/mars would be the next most important things.

it would be good to know where pluto is in his chart, what house and sign, and where mars is, because that would give a lot of insight into what makes him feel secure, what he seeks most in life. As I predicted earlier, he has scorp rising, so pluto is the ruler of his chart, and also mars, and their influence can significantly change a person from the sun sign. imagine, pluto is afterall so overpowering and dominating, I have a somewhat similar problem Pluto is the 'heaviest planet' in my chart.

Scorpio/Cancer combinations are difficult despite that deceitful trine going on there, Cancer placements guilt a person into thinking their obsessions, overthinking/overfeeling, and ponderance of mysteries and life/death,and particular sex, are bad things, because Cancer wants to be healthy and wants to be home-oriented. Unless you have a very rebellious, singleton, or comfortably placed Uranus (for ex. in Aqua or 11th), it might be difficult to deal with wanting to think about sex etc. while trying to shut them out.

Is he close to his mother? Does he look for a mother figure? Are you older than him? This may attract him or make him comfortable, his moon in Cancer is a major deal here,

My Libra bro has moon in Capricorn, my Libra uncle has moon in Aries, more often than not I see them acting like their moon signs, and usually when they do they make some huge mistake acting purely out of emotion because they dont really know how to handle emotions.

How does this guy look when hes angry? Does he lash out? Whats ur reading?

Ur Libra mars obviously explains your attraction to him, but that Venus in Cancer is what you should be offering thanks for right now, that will make you doubly attractive to him, besides the fact that your moon is his rising, ooh la la , what more can you ask for?
