but- I'm sick of dating! I'm sick of so much damn variety! i'm sick of writing down a guy's phone number one day and then the next scratching it off of my notebook because i was disappointed, i'm sick of the boys my age, i'm sick of waiting for a phone call, i'm sick of waiting for myself to make a phone call, i'm sick of stupid girls who make comments about how i have a "flavor of the week" (yeah, its been at least three months since i've had a good taste of any flavor.. jerk), and i'm sick of just trial and error. I'M SICK OF IT ALL! AND I'M ONLY 17.

So.. someone... find me a soulmate, lol.

OR better yet, maybe someone can tell me what type of person i should maybe try to connect with, because lately I've been chasing after the wrong guys (what aspect would indicate that sort of behavior??).

once you think about it- what exactly does the age 18 have to do with maturity? i'm a hell of a lot more mature than some 21 year olds, that's for sure...

Hey Moonpixie,

You ARE only 17... you still have college (if you choose to do that) plus a lifetime of love and heartache. It DOES NOT get any easier, but it does get a heck of a lot more fun.

Everything you describe at hating.. I started to love in my 20's and completely enjoy in my 30's. To be able to sample a flavor without having to buy the whole damn container is not bad.

Think of it this way - say you try one flavor and think "Yeah, it's okay..." but then you are friggen stuck with it.. FOREVER... EWWWWWWWWWWWW... damn this Saggie would DIE. Now, as far as phone numbers? I just lose them anyway for the most part - but I secretely enjoy entering them in my cell phone and then having to delete them along the way.

The other thing is that my life is so full right now with a million other things, I find it hard to devote the time to a full on relationship. I am starting to get more serious about a Leo right now, but I also feel the pressure of spending time with that person when I also have my community functions, charity work, my own job and my family coming into town LOL....

But really, the ones who are settled down in long term relationships keep pressuring me to go out with an ex. we have the same group of friends (i've noticed that my friends tend to date among each other) and sometimes they get very protective and tell me that I'll always love my ex and that we'll get married one day. It's kind of weird.. when I look at it from the outside.

I had the same kind of pressure in High School. I had a pretty close knit groups of friends - about 15 guys and 10 of us ladies (plus once and awhile one of the guys would bring in a new date). I started off as friends with the group, but then started a long term relationship with a Sag Sun / Libra moon / Taurus rising. When we broke up I was pressured into looking for another relationship.

The reason? The ladies in the group were fearful that a single woman would cause competition between them and their bf's. Isn't High School silly? Then the pressure started about me getting back together with the ex (when it was one of our lamo friends that broke us up in the 1st place).

I would have to lay down the law and say "Hey... I like being single and independent and I have no problem hanging out at parties without a date" I started to be more Saggie again and really enjoyed not having to be tied to someone.

I would love to say it gets easier in college, but it doesn't. You will still have a close group of friends, even if the college is huge. It seems to finally relax when a person / age group gets over 25 or 26. Then people start getting married, having gets, getting into their positions at work. Once people get busy in their own lives / families, then tend not to play those type of pressure games with single friends....

BUT!!!! They do still like to set ya up. When I came back on the market, I had several people tell me how bad they wanted me to meet their single friend, who was sweet and okay to look at...etc...

I stay away from that only because if you do date a friend of a friend and you think they stink to high heaven, then you hurt that relationship.

i have a pair of friends, from a different group of friends (funnily, they date among each other too...), and they have the worst relationships EVER. they've cheated on each other at least 5 different times and they constantly break up/make up. it's really annoying and ridiculously incomprehensible of what they see in each other. high school is insane.

Have you tried playing with the other House Systems?
Some work better at higher latitudes.

Yeah, it looks like we're probably pretty compatible.

Those charts give really wide orbs.
Some of the aspects aren't really applicable;
and that includes some of the "good" ones, as well as the "bad".

I think you know I liked you before I saw your chart, too.

So, why the sad face? Why the sniffles?

Maybe we could be.. friends.
(I'm really immature for my age, I swear.
In fact, I dont think I've changed much since 18.
If that's any consolation.)
