Its my lover's birthday tomorrow. I want to do something nice for him but aren't sure what. I won't be seeing him til this weekend (possibly) and I haven't seen him for 4 weeks now, although we've talked a few times each week.
I want to do something understated that won't scare him off but will still show i like him a lot. He's not my boyfriend so I don't know what to do that won't cross that line.
The things he's done for me that he thought were so important and such a big deal for him to do were kinda obscure so I'm trying to think of something that won't be over the top. These things weren't much really, but he's so shy and insecure they were still hard for him to pluck up the courage to do.-He played part of a song for me in the middle of the night when I was next door after we hadn't been talking for ages.
-Kissed me on the cheek for xmas in front of my mum and all his friends, altho a few weeks earlier I'd said I didn't want to see him anymore.
-Caught a snake in his backyard to be 'heroic' for me when I was babysitting next door to him, he came and told me even after I'd lost the plot and told him to delete my number (again) a week earlier.
Oh geez, re-reading that I sound like a nutcase who doesn't know what she wants! No wonder he doesn't know where he stands half the time!
But anyway...
So far all I can think of is sending a nice happy birthday text tomorrow, nothing spectacular just something to show I'm thinking of him and I remembered.
Anyone else have any ideas? If I was physically going to see him I'd give him his astro chart, he gave me his exact birth data on my birthday and seems really interested. Must be that pisces sun and rising, lol.
Think I'll just text him.
