my thread got lost somehow so i started it again. i wanted to thank everyone who replied, thank you guys for being so sympathetic and warm. you see my situation with this guy is quite complicated and for those of you who have enough patience, i went on at length about this over here http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum10/HTML/003389.html

Hi goober reading your story really touched me. I can only imagine what you are going through. I just wanted to try to offer you some kind words. Sometimes our hearts have to be broken so that we can see the whole person. You sound like a very strong person. Try to let go of all the negative energy and pull from your strength.
