Time really does heal!! My ex and I arfter a year are able to talk now and be friends. At the time though I thought I couldn't get through a day....now I can breathe and am happy for all the experience taught me.Sparkling IP: Logged |

I just get crayons/markers and a coloring book and I color...
I put all my concentration into coloring..

whatever works for you...go by feel most of all--i know i had to Open up and accept, and when i did i acknowledged both heart and mind, and in this case mind was right. i had to move on from this person who was not good for me. so while being open to my pain, i lived with it and put it into motion and every moment of my life, which i lived as if brand new. and surprisingly (yet somehow not surprisingly)when i would be forced to look into this pain...i found not pain but many many buried things that seem to make sense in bits and pieces and always on their own schedule.keep up a constant flow of inspiration...breathe and just FEEL and try as hard as you can to be in the moment, in inner peace as much as possible. you might even see things in a brand new light you never expected when you find inner peace. you might find that in reality your heart isn't broken at all, and who knows what strange and unexpected gems you'll uncover when you go digging by NOT digging... perhaps this is what heartbreak is trying to teach us--to kind of push us enough that we finally spiral inward at some point. amazing how things will make sense when you just don't even care anymore...it's like some cosmic joke IP: Logged |
