Well no one is meant to have that! And in my opinion/experience...realizing that is a key... letting go of the fantasy of what you see in movies...then accept reality which is not like the movies, at least not every day, every moment...or settle for being lonely whilst with someone who does not measure up to your fantasy, or go it alone. Yes fairy tale romances and movie like romances can and do happen...but what about the rest of the time when everyday life concerns creep in, and of course they do, from work, to housework, bills, illness, you name it.... Is is rarely mentioned what happens after the knight in shining armor carries the lady off. Romantic expectations, expecting the fireworks will be there all the time...the intensity of exploring new territory... well that fantasy/delusion is a serious relationship killer for sure. Best to find and forge a relationship with a great friend/companion which will last a lifetime.------------------ Everyone is a teacher... Everyone is a student... So does mine. *edit. IP: Logged | |
