He will have the magnetism to attract the most beautiful woman, then she will steal the spotlight. A no, no when dealing with anything Leo. Consequently he will have an epiphany and fall hard for the frumpy type. Prince Charles is a Leo rising.

I've experienced that glow before. It was a Cappy with Leo rising. Couldn't see it much in the day, but at night, wow. It was the coolest thing.
