I don't understand what you mean by this... but yes, "I'm a real boy!" as Pinocchio would say . The BAD Scorpio ways Dogs are always a challenge, they always make people earn it . Men complicated? Well, maybe just me lol ------------------ Leo Sun, Scorpio Moon, Aquarius ASC, Year of the Earth Snake "The Manticore is a mythological creature that is half-lion and half-scorpion." IP: Logged |

might be my 2nd marriage though when i can afford that! especially if i want to hold it here! in all seriousness if i don't marry a foreigner it will probably be in the church where my family gets married, in december (coldest time and ideal wedding season for suits and elaborate dresses here in manila), and black tie/ at night. I do like that if it were in the morning it is too early to get roaring drunk. Keepin it classy.. IP: Logged |

venus in libra 12th. I don't like to picture myself in a wedding dress (i want it feminine and simple)and i always had this feeling it's going to be discreet, intimate and only my close friends and family will even know about it. It's so silly i know, but i don't understand why i feel this need to hide it. I really don't get it why people make such a fuss about the decorations, clothes and stuff when is the spiritual union that matters. IP: Logged |

@Yin,A red dress? You rebel you. Love it @Ail221, I like the last dress and the decorations are so romantic. Our sign placements are just jumbled but the same taurus/gem/cancer we have great taste with a touch of dramatic IP: Logged |

Wow, so glad to know there are so many romantics out there!! As for me, we had our wedding here on sydney harbour in the middle of a sydney summer, so perfect: http://www.sebelpierone.com.au/content_common/pg-sydney-wedding-reception-venues-harbour-dawes.seo We got married at a church near the beach. So my wedding dress was not too formal, the same style as the dress Pippa Middleton wore as bridesmaid, but I had a white rose bouquet & miniature roses in my hair. My shoes were handmade in satin, but I couldn't walk in them & spent the night dancing barefoot! My fave wedding expense was that I commissioned a jeweller friend to design a necklace, earrings & bracelet made of a mix of rose-coloured pearls, ocean pearls & white gold. I only had one bridesmaid & I let her decide on her own dress - she chose silver & then I commissioned some matching jewellery for her too. I did all the floral decorations myself - with some bought flowers & with flowers from my mum's garden: white roses, frangipanis & jasmine everywhere! I put scented candles & scattered my handmade chocolates all over the tables. I made all the invitations, place cards & menu's as well. AND I made my own wedding cake, a 3 tier white chocolate & passionfruit cake. I think the white chocolate curls & champagne were the only things I ate that day!! The music was also incredible because I am surrounded by classical musicians & they played at the church and at the reception for me for free! Not everything went perfectly (the priest kept saying my bridesmaid's name instead of mine, LOL) but it was still a beautiful day!! In fact a friend of mine is getting married in 8 weeks & is having her wedding at the same place as mine cos she said she had such a good time at my wedding!

i was watching the kite runner last night and there was a scene the son asked his dad to ask the girl's family for her hand in marriage. i thought it was pretty sweet and terrifying at the same time if i ever were to find myself in that situation. i think that's the part that freaks me out the most about marriage. the in laws! no joke. @sand, So you liked the movie? Ive been wanting to watch it for the longest time but for whatever reason havent... Yes those in laws are scary lol... You are on the spotlight and judged on everything lol Meeting the whole family, let alone the parents is enought to send any prospective bride or groom into a tailspin. IP: Logged |

@Dreamweaver, Thank you for the link.. Now i have to get married in Australia. Oh my!! I cant believe you personally made the arrangements... Wow you must really be intune with your inner "Martha Stewart" And the jasmine flowers are a lovely touch. Iam gonna keep that one for future reference. They have such a lovely scent.
