recently, in the past 10 days, it’s been unbearable. i started having dreams about him and the girl i think he’s with,
(maybe) waking up in the middle of the night, crying, having the urge to vomit etc. during the day i can barely
eat properly. yesterday i missed my bus stop because i zoned out so hard. a woman started talking to me and i could barely contain myself not to cry in public.

my soul feels tired, i feel used and neglected and it’s been months but it seems it’s only getting worse especially nowadays. i literally skip lunch because i can’t make myself to eat. my entire body feels like dying. an educated lady told me this is someone else’s energy being projected onto me if it completely obstructs my life. what do you think about that? and have you ever felt this way?

I recently went through a traumatic situation with my daughter (Pluto has been conjunct/square and now trine all of my personal planets for about 20 years so the trauma is pretty much never-ending) and during the worst emotional pain that caused me to doubt my sanity I prayed. I didn't know what to do and I asked the wisdom/intellect of the Ages to guide me.

The answer I got was to do something about it.

It doesn't even matter if what you do yields the results you hope happen. Something inside is crying out to be heard. Telling you to take action. It could be anything. It could be he is also thinking about you and hurting deeply over it. It could be that he is not thinking about you at all and has so moved on and happy that he never thinks of you. It could be that he is is sick or dying. What matters is that you take all actions you possible can to discover the truth.

Of course, you don't do illegal things etc but don't be afraid to reach out and see how the person is doing. Ask if they are happy. If they are then you have your answer, time to move on and find the person who is really meant to fill that space in your life. If you let go what is not good for you, there is room for good to come and fill that space. Even if it is growing parts of yourself that will take you to point of meeting the correct person who will have all of the good qualities you see in the current person and the good things you've seen in other people, plus lovely surprises that you didn't realize you wanted.

Silly example would be that you are a dedicated scrapbooker (do they even exist anymore lol) and you have neglected your craft so you decide to focus on yourself and sign up for a class and then you meet someone there who also loves scrapbooking. This could be your person or the person who ultimately puts you in touch with your person.

You just do everything you can to learn the truth of the situation so you can then determine your own next steps. Hanging in limbo can be extremely damaging and painful so just make the call or write the message. Be honest. Tell the person that you have been feeling that you need to connect and see if they are happy or if they need you for anything. If they are not happy about your call or if they tell you that they are happy then you can fully grieve and then take steps towards your future.
