thanks for your reading - i just finished reading all now and really i can identify with it:

i have troubles on being more assertive yup - specially with the ones i love.Many times i just keep quiet and silent when the best thing fo rme is to speak up - and i do that cause im always thinking that if i say this or that,i will show some weakness and i cannot many times let go of my own pride - and also, i keep in silent if in some ways i would hurt the other with my words.

Then in a moment,totally out of timing i just explode and show an agressive behaviour in words - meaning im really almost exploding..in bad energies that i kept to myself...

To be honest with myself - hmm i keep focusing on my fears and not my desries.and when i think of my desires/hopes/dreams i see that they somehow go against of the other´s - like family and sometimes of Jonny´s too - the matter of distance for example.sometimes he confronts me and pressures while im with my own problems up to my nose and i feel overwhelmed of pressures from exteriors to act,act and i just feel unprepared.

Law of Attraction - i´ve been reading that book slowly as a matter of fact.I need to read it and act upon what it says there - my worries habe been atracting more of the same,like the cards say and indireclty this also prejudices our relationship.

Taurus80 - so cool

Diandra - Assertiveness is an art. A few years ago, when I borke up from my ex (who was very abusive) I went to assertiveness classes, it helped me so much. Now I can say what I think/feel without hurting people's feelings or exploding and feel alot better in myself. Sometimes people will be put out because they're used to you letting people get their own way (so to speak) but eventually tey will accept the 'new' you or will exit your life. Those who love you will stay and accept you and give you more respect, those who leave are people you no longer need anyway. It's a journey, but you will be much happier in yourself if you can master it. I will ask for clarification for the 'Action' thing and let you know what comes up.

Venia - so much of life is a journey from one phase to the other. I hope you feel better having grown through the pain. I told my mum the other day, that I'm finally in a place where I'm more concerned about the growth of my soul then the growth of my bank account - I think that's what we should all be focused on and the world would be a much happier place!
