Hey guys! Since I've been enjoying reading through the forums for a while now I've decided to do free tarot readings for anyone that's interested. You don't have to ask a specific question; I will do a twelve card reading that corresponds to the astrological houses, which will be like a picture if your personality and life open to many interpretations. I studied Jungian philosophy, so the reading will be more like a dream interpretation letting you associate your own personal thoughts with the verbal images from the cards. So actually you have to help me interpret them! Radical, I know! If specific questions come up you can ask them and I'll refer to one or two cards that I reckon might be of help. I developed this method a few years ago and practiced on my family and friends with cool results... the only thing is, the reading won't be over in one day because some of the stuff might take a while to seep in and be interpreted, so I will stay in touch with you over a longer period of maybe a couple of weeks or a month. It also stands to reason I won't be able to do everyone right away... So if you're willing to be patient and to give some feedback, let me know : )------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. Peri interpretation: So the first interesting thing I notice about your reading is that there are absolutely no major arcana at all!! If major arcana or trump cards come up it means in that area of the person's life, fate is at work. Fate, however, seems to not notice you. That is really unusual for no major arcana to show up, and I think it means that as a soul you are well-developed enough and trusted by the universe to do your own thing. Second interesting thing is there are no cups at all. Again weird. Maybe it means that your heart is at peace and doesn't need much work done on it in this lifetime. There are many wands in your reading, which indicates that you are concerned with work, career, self-expression and getting things done. Probably you are a pretty efficient person.

Peri houses: Your first house and your 12th house are sort of a picture snapshot of you, who you are, and your destiny. In the first house you have the ace of swords, which is a great card! Very powerful! You are very clever and you use your mind to good ends, I mean you tend to help others using your mind. You are a very spiritual person and can triumph in anything. People are impressed with how you present yourself. At the back of your mind, in your unconscious so to speak, there is the nine of swords, cruelty, reversed. The opposite of cruelty is kindness but it has the same root. I think you try hard to be a very kind person, and sometimes this can be the secret of your self-undoing. ------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. I'm already impressed!there are no cups at all so true, no cups (love) at all in my life at the moment! there are absolutely no major arcana at all!! If major arcana or trump cards come up it means in that area of the person's life, fate is at work. hmm I am not sure it's a good thing that my fate forgot about me you are concerned with work, career, self-expression and getting things done very true! I lost my job a couple of weeks ago and I dont want to look for another similar to the one I had before, I need to find my true calling! People are impressed with how you present yourself. hmm, I cannot comment on this one because I don't know whether they are impressed or not you tend to help others using your mind. yes you try hard to be a very kind person, and sometimes this can be the secret of your self-undoing 'be kind for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle' - is my motto so yes, I do my best to be understanding and compassionate and I do tend to neglect my own needs which is not good thanks so much, that was very interesting!

Peri: I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your job Peri... It must be really frustrating and nerve-wracking. Anyway, let's look at the second house, money, security etc. to help with that. So your card there is "Success", reversed. The six of pentacles. The opposite of success is of course failure, so it stands to reason that you should have some difficulty finding the material security you need. So here is the image I want you to think about: A man is holding a pair of scales in his left hand, while giving alms to beggars with his right hand. There are two beggars in rags kneeling before him and he is kindly giving them money. How does this image make you feel, and do you have any personal associations that come to mind regarding giving money to beggars?------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. Agent 00_9 interpretation. Ooh your reading is just screaming love love love... So you've got the lovers, reversed, in your first house, which, taking other stuff in the reading into consideration too, that you are someone for whom love is very important. Yet you have difficulties with love, cos the card is reversed. In the second house you have the seven of cups, which I associate with looking for a soul-mate, because the picture shows a guy looking straight at a veiled figure standing in a cup, and that veiled figure represents the higher self but I think it can also represent the one thing you want more than anything else ... In the picture the guy is ignoring six other cups filled with other things like wealth, fame, etc. The gaze is on the beloved to the exclusion of all else. The fact that this card came up in the second house says to me you look to someone you love to provide you with a sense of security. The prince of wands in the seventh house of relationships seems to indicate that there is someone special in your life, or someone special is at any rate waiting in the wings to enter your life. In the `11th house of hopes and dreams you have the two of cups, love. It seems to me overall that you are looking for love. Maybe you will even go on looking for love even after you've found it? The Fool reversed in your tenth house is a big deal though ... the fool hardly ever comes up, and when it does it denotes someone on a journey... at the start of a journey anyway. So does any of this stuff resonate with you Agent_009 and do you have a specific question now? If you do, feel free to ask : )------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. IP: Logged |

Hey lotion, let's start! OK in your first house you have the two of wands, reversed. In the Rider Waite deck the picture is of a man standing and looking over the sea, possibly waiting for his "ship to come in" so to speak. In reverse I am here interpreting it to mean that a waiting period is at an end. In other words, as far as your personality is concerned, a time of waiting is over. Maybe you are getting to know yourself better and don't need to look for yourself any longer, as they say. Because Death, reversed, is in your eighth house of mystery and esotericism, maybe you have discovered a change (death = change) in your interest in esoteric things like astrology and the tarot. So I'm interpreting this to mean that you have discovered, after a long period of searching, inside yourself an interest in, and a talent for, esoteric things (esoteric = mystical, occult-like, hidden mysteries, etc.) This interp is amped up by The Moon, card of the psychic in your 12th house of destiny and the unconscious. There's a lot of femininity and feminine power in your reading... the power of intuition! Let me know if you wanna know more! : )------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. IP: Logged |

wow... thanks fatinkerbell! this is so accurate... i got into astrology over a year ago and i think it has seriously shaped how i see myself and the world. Science doesnt click with me, but this does. But as i wonder deeper into this i feel a disconnect with the material world? For example, find it harder and harder to really communicate 'feelings' and 'insights' with the majority of the ppl who operates on a more mental/scientific realm. So i'm wondering if this "end" is really the end? or a beginning of another waiting period? may i just say, this is really cool! ps. that death reversed in the 8th house scared me before you posted ur explanation lol IP: Logged |

Lotion: I don't know how to post images yet, but if you want, you can google the image "Rider Waite Tarot 13 Death" and tell me what you think of it. Well the image of death here is that of a skeleton clad in armor on a horse on a battlefield where many have fallen. In front of him are three people: a priest who seems to be begging for mercy, a little girl who seems about to faint, and another even smaller girl who looks curious and unafraid... Which of these three people's response to Death do you think fits your response best?------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. Lotion: With regards to love you see yourself differently from how you really are ... In the house of relationships you have the princess of cups: a watery, imaginitive person who reacts rather than acts and who might be perceived as needy and sweet. In the tenth house of career and status you have, however, Strenght, number 8 of the Major Arcana, pictured as a woman gently soothing a powerful lion ... hence the image of strength. I think this means that you tend to be very sweet in interacting with members of the opposite sex ... sweet and gentle I mean, but you are more of a tiger on the inside! Love is very important to you because houses two three and four are all cups, and all reversed, which maybe means you are not entirely happy so far in love ... Reversed cards can be interpreted in two ways: either as the opposite of the upright meaning, or as the same meaning but to a lesser extent, like a dim lightbulb. In your second house of security there is the prince of cups, a moody individual that speaks somehow to your watery, soft side. But since he is reversed maybe not so reliable ... ------------------ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. IP: Logged |

Thanks, fathinkerbell there is a lot of truth in what you're saying and i definitely feel the disconnect in how i am and how i see myself (at least in terms of relationships). It's so cool how you pick different cards to interpret and in the end the whole thing makes sense! That prince of cups upside down also really describes the kind of relationship i am in now. This is the same guy that caused the "inner transformation" in me and forced me to find myself in more ways than one. I have done a lot of work internally in this relationship because i really love him. But there is still that unreliableness that lingers but i feel like the relationship has come a long way. I don't know where exactly it will go but i definitely feel I'm learning alot ... Maybe one day i will outgrow it? Anyways, thanks so much for the reading, i really appreciate it If you have time i would love to hear more about how you got into tarot reading as a hobby and how that's helped you organize your thought?
