i looked at your planets on an ephemeris

your natal moon must be around 15° cap and by progression, it should be conjunct natal venus at 13° aqua.

if u want, there are a few way to use astrology to predict; i perso don't do that much, i prefer astrology to learn about meeeeeeeee!

now predictive astrology is concerned with:

transits (normal, regular movement of planets and how they aspect your natal planets)

secondary progression: which consist of adding one degree for one year to all your natal planets

solar arc progression: is counting one day as one year from your date of birth, so if you are looking at your 27th year, you draw a chart for 27 days latter than your birthdate.

these are the only ways i know for predicting events.

I'll give you an example, with my own chart, my natal venus is retrograde so it will move very slowly in my progressed chart. However, when I got married many years ago at age 25 my progressed sun conjuncted my natal venus. Before I met my husband a couple of years before, I met my first real love and we moved in with each other but it didn't work out. My sun was about 5 degrees away from my venus at that time, but by the time I met my husband my progressed sun had caught up with my natal venus.

Either a progressed sun conjunct natal venus or vice versa usally will bring you a relationship of some sort, that will be very serious.

Problems In Finding People Through Their DOBs.

Some churches, sport organizations and,dating companies collect DOBs but may not allow public viewing to their list.
