It's funny you ask that. Yes. I remember one day my dad took us kids there to see her while she was in the hospital (the year before she was put into the home). He wanted to surprise her by cleaning her house, fixing up her yard, and planting some flowers along the walk way. Cupboards were a complete disaster and food that had been in there since my dad was in diapers. It took my father and uncle hours to sort through all of her paper work and bills (most unpayed by the way). She had her basement full of old milk jugs that she kept her needles (for her diabetes) in. I understand the need to play it safe and keep her needles contained and away from anyone else but you'd think she'd eventually get rid of the jugs. But she didn't get rid of anything. Like I said, she was a hoarder.

Her room once she was in the old folks home was completely cluttered. She couldn't find any of her smaller items and blamed the nurses for stealing them. A lot of the things she complained to my dad about not being able to find he found when cleaning her room after she passed away.
She also balled her money up in Kleenex in her pocket, then forget about it, throw it in the trash. So of course the housekeepers that did the cleaning would take the garbage. She would notice money was missing and again, blame the nurses.

I'm just going to *bump* this in hopes somebody could see things in her chart that strongly correlate to her personality and her life.
I just want absolute certainty that I have her chart as close as I can get it.

And if possible, to learn a bit more about her. Maybe sides I would have never seen?? From a different perspective...
